Players already lost their bye -- now they lose their mini-bye.
That's okay -- just more locker room fodder for Tomlin.

and PIT has their routine disrupted again because the other team can't follow the protocols

Or getting as exposed to possible positives is the best part

The players are probably disappointed losing the mini bye, but that's also pretty tough physically and some guys are probably going to like a few extra days to recover.
This isn't even the first time this has happened with BAL. Zero fucks should have been given.

What are the odds that league will sooner or later announce 16 team play-off (ie. no bye week for number 1 in conference)?

Does this mean the players testing postive - dobbins, etc - will now be able to play? Did the NFL fear a steeler blowout?
And it better fucking be nationally televised so I don't have to stream.

I'm wondering if they play 16 games this year..Post Thanksgiving in USA is shaping up as the ultimate super spreader event.CzechSteeler wrote: ↑Wed Nov 25, 2020 6:06 pmWhat are the odds that league will sooner or later announce 16 team play-off (ie. no bye week for number 1 in conference)?
And I'll actually put money down that if the steelers end up with a slew of c19 positives, they won't be afforded any luxury like the rats and tits. They are 10-0. NFL says "parity, motherfuckers!!"

I was wondering if contracts would prevent moving the game, assuming NBC will still get it. But now it won't be a prime time spot. At least if it stays on NBC then we should all get it without streaming.
I don't believe anyone who tested positive will be able to play Sunday. It's 7 or 10 days you're out if you test positive.

If they announce that then you can rest players because being the 1 seed will be almost meaningless. The team can rest players the final 2 weeks of the season. Play the starters the first half of week 16 an then anywhere from a quarter to a half week 17 or just play the starters the first half of the last 3 weeks of the season.CzechSteeler wrote: ↑Wed Nov 25, 2020 6:06 pmWhat are the odds that league will sooner or later announce 16 team play-off (ie. no bye week for number 1 in conference)?

Scotland offers free period products on Tuesday and Steelers Ravens game moved today; coincidence? I think not!

Ebron and Duck already tweeted This is Bullshit. I am sure more players will be vocal in the next few hours.

Dobbins and Ingram and the other positive tests are out either way. The contact trace players could in theory be cleared to play on Sunday. It also gives Calais Campbell more time to recover from his injury.
Fuck this bullshit. Stomp these motherfuckers out on Sunday.
BTW, shit like this is in Tomlin's wheelhouse as a coach. He won't let this affect the team in a negative way.

A practice squad player should keep his trap shut, but Duck probably had plans to go hunting this weekend....stillthere wrote: ↑Wed Nov 25, 2020 6:15 pmEbron and Duck already tweeted This is Bullshit. I am sure more players will be vocal in the next few hours.

They should flex the packers bears to sunday afternoon, and the steelers for sunday nite on NBC.

First the NFL takes away our bye week because another team can’t get their Covid situation together, now they take away our Thanksgiving primetime game for the same reason. Smh.

Every day new Ravens are testing positive, what did anyone expect? There hasn't been a team have an outbreak like this since the Titans.
And they will probably have a few more guys test positive between now and Sunday as well since it's clear it's spreading with them. We may not even play Sunday and it could be pushed back further.
Sucks to lose the mini-bye, but more motivation for our guys.

The best part of "Us against the world" is not a story he has to spin. He probably doesn't have to say a single thing. Just sends out the group text that reads "I will see you at practice Thursday at noon." and the team will stack that chip on their shoulders (which should be the size of a giant boulder at this point).Drummer Boy wrote: ↑Wed Nov 25, 2020 6:26 pmIn fact, he can use it in a very positive way. Ravens play the Cowboys next Thursday. Sunday is the latest they can postpone the game until and probably 1pm game is the latest they can play.tbsteel wrote: ↑Wed Nov 25, 2020 6:31 pmEvery day new Ravens are testing positive, what did anyone expect? The #Ravens would’ve been severely limited on the offensive line. Sources say they were set to rule out multiple players because of close contacts, including centers Patrick Mekari and Matt Skura. The NFL tried to play the game as scheduled but had to make the change.
So yeah, it totally appears like the Ravens whined they would get blown out at heinz with no offensive line and no RB's. Jackson would be their only threat and no way he passes well with our D line pressure.

They like to move Steelers games not other games. Other teams get a day postponed to a Monday from Sunday Pittsburgh gets games moved weeks or days at a time.LakecrestSteeler wrote: ↑Wed Nov 25, 2020 6:35 pmThey can easily push that snoozer to Sunday!stillthere wrote: ↑Wed Nov 25, 2020 6:33 pmRavens play the Cowboys next Thursday.
