Bibs was motherfucking surgical in this game, delivering laser after laser downfield...

GREAT FUCKING LINK.

People forget how good Rudolph played.

On the road.

...against a team that HAD TO WIN and obviously wasn't resting any starters.

Dude made ONE, count 'em, ONE bad throw and he should have gotten away with it if the refs called shit fairly.

Rudolph got punched in the fucking face as soon as the ball was leaving his hand on the one INT he threw.

No flag. I was shocked <sarca font>

Holy shit. It doesn’t get any dumber than this.

The guy was knocked out on the field by a lowlife on a beyond dirty play.

Sorry Rudolph doesn’t look his best.

Next let’s make fun of the time Tommy Maddox left that Titans game on a stretcher and everyone thought he might be paralyzed

Remember how funny that was?

It was surely fresh in my mind the next week at Heinz, I'll tell ya that. Ole Rudy may not have a Jeff George arm, but it isn't all that bad either. More importantly though, he doesn't have a Dwayne Haskins brain.

I want to see Haskins play a half and Bibberty/Dobbs split the second half. Ben in street clothes until game 3. Zero point in having him in there, not after what his knees looked like last December.
I'm looking forward to seeing Haskins, too especially if Ben is gone for 2022 & the Steelers draft a 1st round QB, I wouldn't want to see the rookie start behind our new o-line until it's proven that they can protect a QB & perhaps we could develop Haskins to be a dependable second string QB. Something we haven't seen in Pittsburgh in I don't know how long.
I think Charlie Batch retired in 2012. So that’s how long it has been.

I could post a shit ton of "funny pictures" of Roethlisberger leaving the field after getting the living shit knocked out of him.

Why wouldn't I? Because they aren't funny.

Weird how that works, right?

Not morality police at all, I just figured you'd want to see a hilarious photo of Ben being led off on a stretcher too!

Wasn't that one great????

Let me see if I can find that really funny one of Maddox looking damn near dead. Pure comedy it was!!

I liked that one way better too, because it wasn't a gif of a Steeler player looking knocked the fuck out.

Do all teams' message boards argue this much over backup QBs? I look at these guys like I look at politicians. No need to pick sides. They all suck.
Howard Griffith had to resort to chop-blocking him during the 1997 AFC Championship Game. An incredulous Kirkland asked Griffith, “Why do you have to use cheap tactics like chop-blocking?” Griffith replied “Why do you have to be a 300-pound linebacker?”

When your starter is almost 40 and struggled like a motherfucker the second half of last season and is coming off a 4 INT performance in a home playoff ass beating to your arch rival, back up QB's can become pretty important.

If Ben was 27, nobody would be worried about the back up QB situation.

I’d like to introduce everyone to KC, the new chief of the morality police of SteelerFury. A lifelong Howard Stern fan who has wished practically everyone on here to die in some form or fashion will now govern what can or cannot be offered as humor. All because he believes the future of this franchise rests with Mason Rudolph. Everyone give KC a warm SteelerFury welcome!

The difference between Bibberty and Laundry Jones? Bibberty's best career game was a loss to the Browns, and Laundry had actual, you know, wins.

One other difference is that one still plays in the NFL.

Same could be said of hundreds of NFL players. At some point, their careers end.

Some are shorter than others.

Way to go out on a limb.
