Does a 15 yard penalty for a horse collar count as a splash play?
Tonight it does yes

I don't buy the Najee love. He's a very good RB but not the elite player they think he is. The media really wants to turn him into a star though with his back story.
I don’t think he is better than JC. And we spent a first on him.

If Bush was intentionally and blatantly sabotaging this D, would it look any different?

Mike Tomlin is a fucking embarrassment to this franchise.

Amazing that the owner doesn’t see it.

Najee, TJ, Minka, Dionte can stay. Also keep Adams and Legoat for the practice squad...and I guess Firemoose. The rest can all go.

he’s what najee harris should be with blocking
LOL not a chance in hell.

Najee isn't half the player Cook is.

Y'all think just because he runs hard and breaks some tackles that he's a superstar.
Harris is at best a no 1 back. Might be more of a rotation back. Guy doesn’t have the top gear needed.

When you draft a first round pick you need him to be a top 5 back in the NFL. Harris doesn’t look like it.
Dalvin Cook would have 11 yards rushing if he had our o-line in front of him.

One of the downsides to having such a 'stable' franchise is that no one will be fired after tonight's defensive performance.

13 for 144 and 2tds in a half

Those are college stats.
Who are you going to fire? Tomlin is in charge of the D.

Lol, Joe Buck asking if this prison rape will warm Tomlin’s seat.
I know, I just want to derive some satisfaction from this mess, even schadenfreude.

How many of you Yinzers with your Renegade Raging Hard ons after the Balt game are as soft as a pillow now?

This team sucks. Blow it up.

Look, any objective observer could see this team has a lot of suck in it. Thursday night road game with this team? Hardly surprising. It just isn’t.

How can Rooney condone this coach anymore
He just drinks more apparently.

Ben isn't seeing pass rushers tonight.

...and he doesn't seem to be be looking at where blitzers are coming from.
It was a screen call and the snap was off. If on time defender isn’t a problem.

But once again, going five wide is a terrible idea with this line.

If you want to see a franchise RB, look at #33 for the other team.

Harris has a LONG way to go to be anywhere near Cook. And he might never do it as a Steeler, which is maddening and depressing.

2 20+ runs this year and they were both exactly 20...we need more.

They never do.
No matter what you think of the other units, this Oline is basically the way they planned it. Complete failure especially considering they were bringing back 39 year old Ben.
Howard Griffith had to resort to chop-blocking him during the 1997 AFC Championship Game. An incredulous Kirkland asked Griffith, “Why do you have to use cheap tactics like chop-blocking?” Griffith replied “Why do you have to be a 300-pound linebacker?”

The entire issue was the interaction between claypoo, the db and Tomlin. He cared more about his feels then the team and Tomlin soft talked him down.

Why the fuck are you running on second down in this situation? Out of a 2 min warning? Fireable offense.

Najee's cuts are soooo slow.

How can you all not see this? There is absolutely nothing sudden or explosive about his game.

He's like the anti-Bell, who could explode in and out of cuts even though he was a big dude.
