Betting Lines in Lost Wages
According to oddsmakers, the chances that Aaron Rodgers finds himself in Black and Gold next season are pretty good.

After the Denver Broncos (+200), the Steelers are considered the second favorite team to acquire the MVP quarterback (+350), according to BetOnline.ag.
Other teams on the list include the Dolphins (+500), Eagles (+600) and Browns (+800).
When it comes to the odds that Rodgers will remain in Green Bay, oddsmakers are saying its likely he’s played his last game for the Packers.
Odds on Rodgers returning are (+160) and (-225) that he’s gone.
Rodgers has been flirting with the Mike Tomlin and the Steelers all season long, but it would take a lot for the Packers to give up a quarterback who could possibly win his second-straight league MVP.

I'm sure Rodgers is licking his chops to move to a team that purposely has a lower YPA than YPC (Yes, Hyperbole, but...)

Serious question, what number would he wear here? And yes i think that would matter to Rodgers?

I’m guessing there’s only one number that matters to Rodgers, and it’s not the one in his jersey.
He’s not going to Pittsburgh.

If we trade valuable draft capital for Rodgers...
He's not going to run Canada's offense, and he's definitely not going to tolerate his playcalls. NOT a "good soldier", so I can't imagine Shades and Canada bringing him in.
Tomlin is already taking fire. Last thing he'd want is someone asking Rodgers what Tomlin does and Rodgers saying "I honestly don't know".

This team is depleted of talent.
Missed on early round draft picks for years...
Look at last 8 1st round draft picks.
Najee
Bush
Edmunds
Watt
Burns
Dupree
Shazier
Jarvis.
Book is out on Najee and being a 1st round talent.
2 of the 8 were 1st round justified talents. Watt and Shazier
4 of 8 - flat out bad picks.
2nd and 3rd round busts, reaches or disappointments.
Green, S. Davis Senquez Golden. J Washington. Claypool?
Layne, Mason, Coates Archer.
This team can not afford to give up draft picks and assets in a trade for a 38 year old QB, who has a great regular season record and stats.
And is now 11-10 in the playoffs.
Reached one SB.
And won because of the MVT.
Mike Tomlin Variable.
This team needs more than a QB.
And needs every last draft pick and more picks to get in the right direction.

No way Rogers comes here unless they soak all of their cap room into oline and WRs. I'm sure he has zero interest in leading anything close to what we have now.
Howard Griffith had to resort to chop-blocking him during the 1997 AFC Championship Game. An incredulous Kirkland asked Griffith, “Why do you have to use cheap tactics like chop-blocking?” Griffith replied “Why do you have to be a 300-pound linebacker?”

This is actually an argument FOR trading away draft picks for a proven vet, a la Minkah F.
Since we suck at drafting, trade draft picks for proven players other teams have to unload.

Rodgers in Pittsburgh would be fun. I mean real fun as in a lot of football loving world would tune in.
Every week maybe every day on tomlins Steelers there’d be the potential for comedic gold.
Not even he’d be so expensive either. He could force his way out of gb

I’ll believe Rodgers is coming to Pitt when the Rooney’s introduce an Amish day trader from Lancaster as the next GM.
