Steelers vs Ratbirds Game Comments, Love & Admiration
Re: Steelers vs Ratbirds Game Comments, Love & Admiration
Pickett out of the game for a concussion.
Hopefully we get a huge fine or a loss of a draft pick.

NHALS. Down 10-0 with mediocre QB play....needed a spark.
QB controversy to follow.

Oh they'll go back to Kenny the second they know he's healthy.the-other-burg wrote: ↑Sun Dec 11, 2022 6:44 pmI’d rather lose every game with pickett than be mediocre with trubisky.

Coaching rs with an eye toward the post season and possible Lombardi run is different from coaching to not have a losing season.

Yes but I think if he led him then the other defender might have been able to make a play on the ball.Professor Half Wit wrote: ↑Sun Dec 11, 2022 6:44 pmHe underthrew the bomb badly.SteelerDayTrader wrote: ↑Sun Dec 11, 2022 6:41 pmOne thing where Mitch really is a lot better than KP is arm strength

I can’t tell if you are being sarcastic or not, but I suspect those plays were in the queue for whoever was QB.Kodiak. wrote: ↑Sun Dec 11, 2022 6:44 pmI'd like to see what route trees look like with both QB's. But I also think they were planning that go route after lulling BAL to sleep. That's been a staple the last 4 years or so, especially in 2019 with Mason and Duck.

Is he going to take #88 with him then?

Claypool has the size and the hands to dominate. It’s the maturity he lacks. Maybe he finds it in Chi.ToddHaleysNineIron wrote: ↑Sun Dec 11, 2022 6:41 pmImagine if Claypool could have used his body like Pickens does to catch these balls.

They just scored after a bomb, got a penalty, and jumped the goal line and scored in all of two minutes and change, and you guys are complaining?
Arguing with idiots is like playing chess with a pigeon. No matter how good you are, the pigeon is going to shit on the board and strut around like it won anyway.
If Pat has another concussion this year I think it's a very valid question.

I guess you get evaluated 400 times before clearing protocol
SteelerDayTrader, who is currently on your ignore list, made this post.
Honestly how the hell does that happen (ie cleared and then uncleared)?

Bush trying to pull chest hairs!
On second thought, not sure how badly it was underthrown. A few feet, to be sure. But you had the safety closing with an angle, and running out of sideline.Texas Black & Gold wrote: ↑Sun Dec 11, 2022 6:46 pmYes but I think if he led him then the other defender might have been able to make a play on the ball.
I give the throw a solid B, and the catch an A+

Needed that. Now watch for the draw
Of course, but I don't see that Tomlin should be mocked every time he tries to win more games when it is his job to do so.

He would’ve had to underthrow it by 20 yards to be comparable to KP throw limits
Mitch has a much bigger arm than pop gun KP
I’m ok with a slight underthrow a few plays after coming off the bench

I’d be willing to bet the playcalling is unchanged. When KP scrambles, it would have been a pass downfield by Trubisky.Kodiak. wrote: ↑Sun Dec 11, 2022 6:44 pmI'd like to see what route trees look like with both QB's.
