It's game over after that shart of a series of football.

I listened to Mike Mayock this afternoon talkin football. I now need to add "of football" to everything.

This turnover machine has incredible measurables.
Yep.

Remember how the podcast crew orgasm over those measurables?
How is he a turnover machine? He’s still a great QB. Wasn’t bad but just didn’t have the magic today vs a kickass QB. WTF is your problem with the people creating content and our opinions? I don’t get the vitriol.

Not sure Allen is a great QB.

He was fucking AWFUL against a Miami team led by a 3rd string QB and probably should have lost that game.

Won by 3.

One week earlier, Miami won a nail biter against Joe Flacco to get the chance to play Allen in Buffalo.

Allen has great tools. He isn't a great QB.

I think Allen got hurt and that screwed up his arm and he lost some football mojo.

He was way off target playing the game of football.

I will root Bengals in that game.
I dunno. Division rivals who will boast about all their wins? Or the chiefs, with a once in a generation QB?
This reminds me of when the Ravens would face the Patriots in the playoffs, and people would root for the Patriots. Six Super Bowl titles later, I'm so glad people were rooting for the Patriots. I don't want a KC dynasty.
Describe dynasty.
I think there’s a better chance of the Bengals turning into a “dynasty” than KC.
KCs window is starting to close, while Cinci’s isn’t yet fully open yet.
Just my 2 cents…

Just for the record, I don’t think either team will actually turn into a dynasty.
I don’t think we see another dynasty type organization any time soon, unless another Ernie Adams comes along.

I predicted Dak would throw 4 picks to a friend of mine today.

I'm off to a pretty good start.

No. KC's window isn't closing but they finally have a true arch rival in the AFC....and it ain't Buffalo.

After Purdy had trouble getting erect, Dak acted as his fluffer.

I think Allen’s ‘great’, but his rookie contract arc aligns close to a Philip Rivers or similar. Not the kind of ‘great’ you would expect to be able to carry a bad roster once he starts crippling their cap.

More problematically, part of his ‘great’ comes from his legs, which (1) is a risky approach if you want your QB healthy come playoffs and (2) generally doesn’t age well. Think Cam Newton post-MVP.

Three or four super bowl wins. The Chiefs already have a super bowl win this iteration, the Bengals don't.

5 straight AFCC's is pretty insane. Almost as crazy as BUF going to 4 straight SB's.

But it's a hell of a lot easier to accomplish when you are consistently a #1 or #2 seed. How many times has Tomlin done that? Maybe 3?

I love this board.

The people here saying Josh Allen sucks also defend our D as being great and infallible despite him doing whatever he wanted to it.

The people saying Brock Purdy sucks also declare Kenny Pickett to be the next Brady Manning, despite Purdy currently having a QB rating 13 points higher today on his bad day than Kenny had for the year.

I’m sure it’s all Ben’s fault somehow. Remember that turnover back in two thousand ought eight?

Dan Quinn, the Falcs HC who led them to a SB is the DAL DC?

Where did they find that guy!

Whoa.......whatever you're huffing, stop immediately.

Nobody said Josh Allen sucks. He sure might not be great though. He was awful the last two weeks.

As for Purdy, we don't really know how good he is with this supporting cast.

Dude looks like he's finally facing a serious challenge today, so it could get interesting.

When your team consistently loses trap games, its hard to get the #1 or #2 seed. Beat teams with losing records in 2014 and 2018 and the Steelers would have had byes both years. But Ben was no longer on his rookie contract, so Tomlin teams couldn't be expected to win trap games. Just didn't have the talent to overcome the 2-14 Buccaneers in Heinz, or something like that...

Person, not people.

Although, I do admit to not understanding how the greatest QB in all of football only put up 10 points against CIN in the playoffs. I mean, Kenny fucking Pickett with a lot less talent around him put up 30 on them...
