I am confused by the idea that the calls offset one another. One penalty was during the play and the other was a dead ball foul. I think both should be enforced. 1st down via penalty and then move it back 15 yards and make it 1st and 25.

“Time pressure” is a term used by Tomlin to describe moments in the game where he fucks up clock mgmt, and by using a term like this, he confuses the ignorant reporters and fans questioning wtf he was doing.
