Faulkner's Death Nail Resume:
Jaylen Samuels - Out the league
Benny Snell - Out the league
Derick Watt - Out the league
Kevin Ballage - Out the league
Trey Edmunds - Out the league
Anthony McFarland - On his way out the league
Najee Harris - Being pushed toward ruin
Jaylen Warren - Trying to fight to hang on at the moment

Others ruined:
James Conner- Steeler Career Flatlined
Wendell Smallwood
Rosie Nix
Tony James Brooks
Jeremy McNichols

Telling, not a single player under him, NOT ONE, had career ascension. Maybe James Conner & Jaylen Warren flatlined. All the rest had career that declined. That's a trend of a bad coach. Who hired him and why?

Don’t fret…they’ll have a new RB coach next year. Faulkner is going to be the full time OC.

Jobu, that's what scares me most. Guy has NEVER coached up a SINGLE player. Should be fired. Actually never hired. But what did they do? Fucking promote him. Do they really expect success out of him at this point? He's got to go.

It’s just par for the course with this head coach and organization. We do what we do!

STD, Your missing the point. WTF does that matter? If you can't t coach up a Superstar, you suck at coaching. If you can't coach up a mediocre player, you suck at coaching. If you can't coach up a shitty player, you suck at coaching. If you NEVER coached up a single player in your coaching history, you should of never been considered for the job AND you still suck at coaching.

He looks good on the sideline though.

Does he wear shades too?

This offseason will be telling. Do we get new dipshits or does Dunce show he has a pulse?
Jibba Jabber’s offense hasn’t scored more than 7 1st quarter points in 84 consecutive games. An NFL record by far. A historic amount of “easin in”. We are lucky to have him.

Since Darrel Drake!

Ike Hilliard & currently, someone named Frisman death nail resume:

James Washington - Out the league
Gunner Olesveski - Out the league
Anthony Miller - Out the league I think
Dion Cain - Out the league I think
Cody White - Out the league I think

Steven Sims - maybe flatlined.
Ray Ray McCloud - maybe flatlined
Allen Robinson - flatlining
Myles Boykin - flatlining

George Pickens- Declining. Huge decline in IQ & attitude
Calvin Austin - Never got started & declining from there
DJ Johnson - Squint to see a flat career, but truthfully a slight decline in play. Big decline in football IQ & attitude.
Chase Claypool - Declined, bout out the league
JuJu - Declined

They have NEVER coached a single Steeler WR up. Gawd damn criminal coaching record. Can't even embellish a WRs progress under these two that may of had even a SLIGHTLY ascending career. Not a single receiver. Who hired them & why?

Seriously, you have to dig deep to find losers this bad, don'tcha??? WTF?

I’m not opposed to regime change

But but change with no real insight or plan usually makes things worse. Often far worse. The Steelers need better at the top of the totem pole

Not everything is Tomlin

Most 3rd day/UDFA talent doesn’t work out

That’s every team in the league

Another side to the 20-sided die that is Coach is all the dudes who are on the way out love to play for Coach Mike Tomlin.

Why would that be...is that a good thing?

There are no playoffs in Pittsburgh, no Super Bowls, no accolades, shit offense, shit defense, coaching staff is worthless...

Is it taxes or something? Strip clubs in the Burgh are good? Coach Mike brings over skank rappers to gets trained?

Or do they just LOVE Coach Mike like he's a magic man?

It's worse if you do the offensive line...

because the guys they moved on from are now pointing up.

When you start looking at the staff as a whole, there isn't one guy that should have a job. The product you see on the field is largely representative of their work... and while I will say much of it is related to an idiot who was the offensive coordinator the past few years, a guy who couldn't hack it in college football and was gifted a job by a head coach more concerned with paying back debts than winning football games.

Funny how the Steelers are running things now like the Chief did. Friends, drinking buddies, stupid drafts, trading picks. It wasn't until Noll came in and changed the culture did the 36 years of being a laughing stock of an organization turn around. Look at things now, almost the same bullshit. Fucking Canada, Finchter, Butler, Austin, and the countless other no-name coaches that are on this team.
In 30 years I'll be 79 if I'm even here. I don't want to spend the end of my days watching this movie over and over again. I'm not going to pretend I know who they should bring in, but the whole thing needs a re-boot. I hope Rooney sees this and does the right thing but something tells me we will be watching this garbage for the next few years.

I'll add this Tomlinism: (it works for us fans, too).

"We've (Steeler fans) been dead Indians in his cowboy (Tomlin's coaching) movie enough!"

I've been saying it for many years.....It's way past time for Tomlin to ride off in the sunset.

That is an excellent observation.

Look at Najee. He sucks. The new Trent Richardson.

But he starts over a talented UDFA.

Would Bill Walsh do this???

Friends of rappers and idiot celebrities Coach Mike would.

Yeah, same here, although I'll only be 87, and I'm figuring I only have about 15, maybe 20 years, tops, left.

Watching this team, given the current circumstances, feels like a bad habit that needs to be broken.

I think you have hit on something that i was looking into on PFR on Steeler Coaching History. I do think we are in the Old Art Rooney ah shucks timeline again. We need another Rooney, one of the decendents with the football knowledge to take over, otherwise we may be screwed back to the yesteryears.

https://www.pro-football-reference.com/ ... oaches.htm

Before Noll, we've had 2 coaches with winning regular season records (tenure time) Buddy Parker and Jock Sutherland, everyone else was lose city.

This is not the worst coaching staff in the NFL. It's the worse offensive coaching staff in the HISTORY of the NFL. This offensive staff is worse than pre Noll staffs, by far.

And I separated offensive versus defensive staff ONLY cause there are 2 defensive coaches I think are worth keeping. But yeah, the rest are as bad as the ENTIRE OFFENSIVE staff.

It almost seems like you had to turn over rocks, ON PURPOSE, to find position coaches this bad to ruin your teams legacy. It's to the point of felony murder or man slaughter. And the bullshit spilled from the top " Standard is the Standard" or " The goal is always to win the Superbowl", that type drivel is downright larceny toward the fanbase when you then go dig for coaches this bad on purpose.

Fucking hire coaches with an IQ above 0.0. How hard is it?

I maintain bringing Canny back was a big ol' FU from Coach Mike to his detractors, who should instead be grateful for someone of his caliber, if you will.

He didn't like getting rid of him, with his lie about how it was his decision.

Such a mess of a team.

Feels like there is too much money at stake given today’s NFL for this to continue for much longer.
