Just because he is such a stud ( but not eligible this draft) Joey Bosa Ohio St. DE. Future top 10 pick.

I assume you mean Senquez Golson, who is such a Steelers type player, I just plain expect him in black and gold. 3rd rounder?

Really? Hope he's a Mathieu or Verrner then. 5'9 176 pounds?

Great anticipation and nose for the ball. Great technique/feel in zone-- playing outside CB in C3. Like a better Willie Gay.

We need a watch for OLine. LT specifically. CB is a very close second. Followed by pass rusher.

OLine is priority for me for obvious reasons. The left side of the OLine currnetly in place is sub-standard and I'm being polite. Foster is a big Fat Sloth with no nasty demeanor. Beachum is maxed out at LT. Beachum has a great skill set. Slide him inside to LG. Draft an elite LT prospect.

CB is the softest I've ever seen and I remember the charred scott and burnt alexander days. Zero quality depth. Depending on how Cortez Allen returns CB may be the first priority.

OLB is a dire need as well. If it was up to me I'd draft OT prospect followed by a corner and pass rusher. Rinse repeat throughout the draft. JMO

S, TE, LT, CB in that order. But fire Tomlin first.

How do you get embed to work for YouTube?

If they could get a pass rushing LT who could also drop back in coverage, that would be a good 1st round pick :D

I think they will pick too far back to get a real impact pass rusher. If they could get a real LT it would have very good impact.

I have to talk about Gerod Holliman. If he were to declare this year, I think he jumps into top 10 pick and possible Steelers target discussions. I haven't seen a FS with the ball skills, hands, and anticipation like him since Ed Reed or maybe Earl Thomas. I don't care what contract they gave Mike Mitchell or what other needs they have, that guy would improve the Steelers defense big time.

Perch, preach the word my man. This guy just glides around the field and literally catches everything. I would totally be fine with spending a premium pick on this guy. Turnover machine. In all honesty, it's a shame he'll never really play with Polamalu. He would've been the perfect complement.

You think they would move Mitchell to SS? Seems unlikely with the Steelers philosophy.
Worlids is the biggest question, resign, franchise, or let go?

Mitchell can play SS. The question is, what is Thomas' future on this team? Same as with LT, using a premium pick on a safety means admitting a rather sizeable draft day bungle. They don't like to do that, as a rule. That said, damn that kid can play.

I'm thinking the resign Worlids.
Then where I think they draft (may change with this Jeykle and Hyde team) BPA.

1.CB
2.LT
3.TE
4a.DE
4b.CB
5.OLB
6.S
7.RB

Worlids leaves.
1.OLB
2.CB
3.LT
4.DE
4.bTE
5.CB
6.S
7.RB

I think the high priority must drafts are LT S OLB TE

Those positions are either completely bare circa 2015 or filled with low performance
To this point....however with maybe rb being an exception i feel pretty good every
Where else ....particularly since i think Ike plays well for a few more years

I would look at LT above all else in rd 1....followed closely by OLB
RD 2 id look at whatever i didnt draft in rd 1 lt or olb....and i think S in rd 3 and TE in
4 or 5

1. LT
2. OLB
3. S
4. TE
5. OLB
6. RB
7. CB
8. RB

I am excited about this team and draft

Tuned in for some #MACtion last night to watch my man Jean Sifrin from UMass, however my attention was quickly drawn to Tajae Sharpe WR also from UMass.

Stat line from last night: 13 catches for 239 yds Third time he's had at least 13 catches in a game this year. Last night he was about 20 yards away from breaking the school record held by Victor Cruz.

Season stats: 76 catches for 1204 yds and 5 TDs

6'4" 210 lbs

His numbers are not inflated because of poor defense in the MAC. He put up solid numbers against BC, Penn St, Colorado and Vandy.

He's a junior, but very well may come out after the monster numbers he's putting up this year. 3rd time I've seen him and I'm really starting to like him. He would look nice next to AB, Bryant and Wheaton.

Two 6'4" receivers, young with great hands? Get a decent LT and pass the Montblanc to Ben for that extension.

A couple of guys I figure will declare-

Jack Conklin, OT MSU- I think he dominated Bosa and Gregory, he has a mean streak, and looks to have ideal size and athleticism.

Maxx Williams, TE, Minn- I think he would be a first rounder if he comes out. From what I've seen he blocks hard for an athletic TE.

I also like Holliman, Peters done got kicked off the team and might drop, Jalen Collins pretty much shut down A Cooper and should climb.

As far as edge guys go I like Shilique Calhoun best at this point. Marcus Golden, Lo Mauldin and then Hauoli Kikaha maybe second round due to injuries.

I like Mario Edwards and Danny Shelton as second round D line prosepects.

Long way to go before I look hard and it's all going to change.

Does Gronkowski block? Julius Thomas? Sort of. Who cares.

by the way, when looking at the stats of those two juggernaut teams, it occurs to me that we're outscoring both of them this year per game

Gronks blocking is part of the reason he is such a receiving threat.

True enough a Graham or Thomas can't block much. But they really don't fit our offense. That Williams kid looks alot like Gronk- he might have better body control as a receiver. But I haven't come across that much yet due to the Gophers O.

Maxx Williams and Kikaha have both caught my eye. Watching both today a little bit.

Conklin the most impressive player I watched last week. Obvious mean streak and it factor. However I'm fairly certain he's a true sophomore and can't declare.

I very much like the rest of your list StraightoutofClemson. You're one of my favorite posters. I'm glad you're back to sharing your opinions with the rest of us college football enthusiasts here in the draft forum.

not saying TE doesn't have to block-- just saying I want a receiver who can block

Gronk and Hernandez both blocked with made NE's offense very dangerous as they could run or pass from the same 2 TE formation.

I would sign Justin Houston instead of Worilds and I would likely trade up for Holliman if need be. Pair him with shamarko and safety becomes strength.

I would cut Mitchell if everyone in the position group were healthy and we didnt need the depth.

I'll take the Miami TE Walford in the 2nd kid can run and catch as well as block.

Anything that leads to the jettison of Mike Mitchell, I'm for at this point. I was really pleased with that signing this spring. Boy was I wrong. Holliman and Thomas would be one of the best young, playmaking safety combos in the NFL.

I'm a fan of both, and both are good fits for this defense.
