Brady, the Manning’s, Brees, Rodgers…all time great QBs. None of them could do what Ben did on a football field, none of them!

Ben likely put a mediocre coach into the HOF. I don't know how many players in other sports could claim that.

Great topic, great comments. Ben was just fantastic, once in a generation, and yes terribly underappreciated.

And as far as postseason, so was Brad. We Steelers fans were so incredibly fortunate to watch both of those guys win us 6 rings

Both had balls, fearless, ice in their veins, not bothered by outside bullshit.

Both the classic winner, when the chips are down, they rise to the occasion and then some.

Ben figured out how to manage the offseason and in-between games too.

I'd actually take Ben over Mahomes - it's close but for me it's Ben. He was tougher than Mahomes by a lot and could make the same crazy plays out if nothing.

The one area where Mahomes is better is scrambling. That said, in part thats because Ben stood in there when things fell apart and still delivered. He looked like an O-lineman when he ran but he was faster than he appeared and if he need to get to the EZ or line to gain, he ran through defenders of all sizes to make it happen.

I'm so glad Cowher came out passing against Indy in the run to 5 as Ben shined on the first 2 drives. And of course the drive in XLIII was simply amazing and topped off with the Santonio catch. Its a shame he didn't get that MVP - Holmes was great but none of that happens without Ben's magic.
