Holy shit!
Howard Griffith had to resort to chop-blocking him during the 1997 AFC Championship Game. An incredulous Kirkland asked Griffith, “Why do you have to use cheap tactics like chop-blocking?” Griffith replied “Why do you have to be a 300-pound linebacker?”

If Boz isn't told to kick everything to the beer vendor behind the end zone, then I hope Lewis chokes on his Big League Chew.

I'm going to put that all on Ben. No reason for him to try to extend that play. None.
Does he need to be in the game? No, but there's no excusing Ben being flat out stupid as shit on that play.
ben shoulda been on sidelines watching landry fiddle faddle around.. even landry cant blow that lead.

As someone said before. Nobody that bitches about the starters being in has any right to ever bitch about turtling ever again. Hell, like 5 minutes ago people were pissed about playing for field goals.
Let the offense develop an attitude. This can be a generational offense. They get that way by standing on the throats teams in the playoffs, not by sitting on the bench watching the handoff monkey take snaps.
ahhhh NO! pull the fucking starters.
Exactly. One has nothing to do with the other.
Today's objective had been accomplished. Time came to focus on the mission while brining in reinforcements to mop up.

You are not alone my friend.
So when he makes plays it makes you mad? WTF? This board is fucking bizarre winning in a comfortable blow out and yet still find time to bitch about fuck all.
Clan the guy is a loose cannon. Makes plays but also derails his defense by spearing them or getting bonehead penalties. He's terrible in diagnosing plays and often late to the ball carrier. He takes poor angles to the carrier and does not wrap up when tackling. JMO

I'm laughing again.
I fucking love this.
Arguing with idiots is like playing chess with a pigeon. No matter how good you are, the pigeon is going to shit on the board and strut around like it won anyway.

what is Timmons' contract situation? Does PIT have him under contract for next year or is this going to be his last year in PIT?

This is his last year, but he recently said he'd basically take a hometown discount. Said something to the effect that he already got paid and it's the younger guys turn.

Interesting game. We basically played offense for one quarter and still won handily.
