This is his 4th season. We've seen plenty. His velocity is EASILY 10%, probably more like 15%, lower than the average starting NFL QB. I'd bet money on that.

I stand by the Chad Pennington comparison. In fact, I'd put Rudolph somewhere between Pennington and last-year Peyton Manning.
