Could you imagine this nightmare scenario?
Pats v Cowboys in the Super Bowl.
Pats win...Brady and Belichick have five.
Cowboys win...Cowboys win their sixth.

Im for losing until Tomlin get fired!

That Witten play was the best thing that could have happened to us. He was stood up...time was ticking down...and then he goes and does that...for no reason.

It was....only about a 6 yard gain...woulda been Dallas ball on our 47, 15 seconds left, no timeouts....would've needed about 10 more yards and likely out of bounds.

I'm afraid Tomlin will be bullet proof for at least a couple more years. Not the Steeler way and all...

Ben is older than MJ was in this example, but going 500 8-8 and 9-7 and even 10-6 is not going to cut it. We should have had a couple of 13-3s or better with Tomlin.

I wouldn't have had the balls to try for 2 on the first one, and the last two in the 4th quarter every coach in the NFL would have tried... but c'mon, that's a really good team and we had them beaten with seconds left. Without that facemask, it's more likely than not that we win.

Idiot coaches coaching idiot players. Ben is our only hope and we have morons on the team fucking up another gem.
Disaster of a season Tomlin has going here.

I'm at the point where I've just stopped worrying about it. I watch the game, but I stopped having expectations.
This team is going to continue to be volatile week to week until Tomlin is shown the door.

fuckin A, even if we didn't win it all at least two dominate years have been blown

What was likely out of bounds? Witten?
No...he was stood up in bounds. Would have forced a timeout and given us another play out of FG range.

I explained why in the game, of all games, I feel the call to go for two points after the opening score was a bad move.
No reason for it there...we'd already had the momentum shift with the strip.
Coming in on a three game losing streak was not the time to take risks like that.
Risks not backed up with how the rest of the game was called anyway.
