Re: Ravens-Chargers
the fact of the matter is, this Ravens team right now is better than the Steelers, as painful as that is to admit.
And the Ravens coaching staff is like Lombardi and Co. compared to our shit-for-brains coaching staff

A LOT better.
More lucky than good - in that he hasn't been viciously injured yet.
He's been plenty accurate enough and getting better.
He's dropped some SERIOUS dimes tonight and when he runs, I haven't seen him take many big hits at all.
If any.
We better hope Mason Rudolph is the real deal when Ben hangs 'em up, because Mayfield and Jackson very well might be.

Yeah, I know. Just like the Patriots ran all over the Steelers last weekend. Oh wait...
Are you seriously trying to say they're even close to the same team?
The Saints are head and shoulders above the Patriots and we have to play them on the road.
Well no WSW, but what I was alluding to was that many were the same shit this time last week - that the Patriots were going to eat the Steelers lunch. Let's wait until the game is played, shall we?

So if the ravens win and we lose; and we both win week 17, we don’t make the playoffs???
To get in as a wild card, the Steelers would need the Giants to beat Indianapolis this week, and then Indy beats Tennessee next week.
If Baltimore wins tonight and Indy tomorrow, Steelers had better win out...else we’re looking for Cleveland to bail us out Week 17.

I'm not going to admit that. The last time the two teams played, the Steelers won, and this game isn't over yet either.

Baltimore, with Jackson under center, is better than San Diego.
YEP - Chargers are fucking terrible - their winning record is a fucking illusion
we were CRUSHING this shit team until our "coaching staff" fell asleep at halftime
fucking putrid losses to Chargers, Raiders, Broncos, and the Browns (tie = loss)
If Xavier Grimble doesn't act like a dipshit and simply scores the easy TD, this whole season looks different.
Here's my question for you:
Why the fuck is X. Grimble even collecting an NFL pay check?
Because shit-for-brains Tomfuck is the only NFL head coach who is willing to pay that fucking stiff
If he was cut tomorrow, NO ONE would sign him.
The bottom line - Our "season" should not have come down to a dumb-ass play by an amateur player like X. fucking Grimble, who should be packing groceries at the Piggly Wiggly instead of competing in NFL stadiums every Sunday

If SD loses this I'm not going to watch. Cannot stomach getting knocked out of the playoffs- I'll just go do something productive.

Rivers is the most OVER RATED QB in the history of the NFL
Rivers 79 yards and 1 int thru 2 1/2 quarters since being anointed the best of the Eli-Ben-Rivers draft class during the week.
Bravo.

That is the fucking play that really goes up my spine. Nothing Tomlin did. Nothing Ben did. Hell, nothing Danny Smith didn't do. That was just a numbskull fucking play that went sideways and changed a lot.
I don't think Grimble has played since the Broncos game. That will be the signature play of his career.

If the Steelers don’t get to 10 wins this year they don’t deserve to be in the playoffs to begin with. 9-6-1 can kiss my white ass.
The Saints are not playing well now. Step up and beat their ass or don’t.

sure you can stick your head in the sand and ignore the fact that Lamar Jackson makes this team completely different, and luckily we did not play THIS TEAM when we beat them

yep --
and we got zero pressure on Rivers, because we weren't covering their only decent WR - K.Allen.
Rivers dumped it to KA about 20 times in the 2nd half

And your head is stuck so far up your ass that you're licking your own liver. If both teams are 100%, then the Steelers win that game, your boyfriend Lamar playing or not. And I'm not so sure they lose without Conner either. But yeah, go ahead and keep cockslobbering the Ravens just like the sports media.

The back-end coverage is causing all this.
Would love an All-22 look.
Ravens go up two scores...it’s over.

Steelers should have be 12-2 right now and cruising to a bye. Instead they're staring at a real possibility of missing the playoffs. If they do miss the playoffs, many people need to be fired. It would be coaching malpractice.
Can the rest of you see why some of us felt the win over the Patriots was hollow and unsatisfying? If they miss the playoffs, beating the Patriots won't amount to anything. It is just a waste and an example of how this team has squandered so much potential.
