Are we bringing back the Zoltan? Or is there something else I'm out of the loop on?

Daniel's going to feel that one when he wakes up tomorrow morning.

My biggest concern this year was the Oline and they are not starting well.

So far, the matt canada addition has had a huge influence on the offense.

The first guy to the returner hasn't come close to making a tackle tonight.

Just horrible special teams tackling.

You had him.

Agreed. He is a bit rusty and that in my opinion is forgivable. The Oline and play calling are fucking terrible.

That would have been a huge play on 3rd down. Damn.

I think that is Layne that keeps whiffing on special teams coverage. Ugh.

Either Ben is very rusty or Bitch Face Fitchner doesn’t trust Ben with the keys yet. Randy has shown zero improvement through a half of football and I’m afraid of more of the same from last season...but with Ben back.

That's a throw Ben makes routinely. But not many guys can.

As much as I love Roethlisberger, this is sort of what he's become.

The Ben of old used to make that throw routinely.

The last 3 or 4 years, it's much more of an adventure.

To be fair to Ben, he hasn't had too many clean pockets tonight. Credit to Giants for beating up our Oline and showing them looks they can't handle. We have to be better along the front.

It's going to be a long second half if they don't get better.

Ehhh, not sure I agree.

I think it was unrealistic to expect Ben to be superman from Wk1. Probably will take him a good 4 games to get all the timing, touch and speed of the game back.

Agreed 100%, but a younger Ben pulls that one out of his ass.

Nearly every time.

I'm sure he'll get better as the year goes on but the magic is no longer automatic.
