I'm going with B2B's response that give pickett a real defense and we'll see what we have.

Devin Bush credited w 3 first half tackles.
Actually 4 tackles. Spillane had 6, but most of them were him tackling the man who just beat him for the pass reception.
Ok, noted. Thanks

Right now feeling really good about:

Oline
Punting
ILB next to Jack

Pickett can sling it. Better arm than Trevor Lawrence.

Don’t know where the arm limitations came from. He can make every throw.

If our Oline are the geeks from Sixteen Candles, who is the Anthony Michael Hall? You know, king of the geeks.
Anthony Michael Hall was the geek that punched above his weight glass. This O Line is John Cusak and Ducky,

We have a LOT of weapons on Offense. It would really be a shame for horrid guard play to kill that. Again, Omar needs to get on the phone.

Pickett does look better than Lawrence.

Haha!
I got a Shermer High class of 84 t-shirt. Love those movies, glad I grew up when I did.
Agreed. John Hughes movies were truly classics.
Ah yes…Ferris Bueller, Uncle Buck, Sixteen Candles, Baby’s Day Out, etc…and two of my all time favorites, The Great Outdoors and cult classic The Breakfast Club.

He also had one bang, bang play that he was unlucky not to break up. So much better than Bush ...not that would be hard.

All right! Steelers football! On 3rd and 3, we throw a 0 yard pass. The standard is the standard.

I'm not sure we can afford to trade Mason. Our QBs will be beaten up.

Interestingly, things look better when Pickett is in the game than when Mason is in the game.

Honestly, I want to see what the 7th round pick brings to the table more than Mason right now.
