Fully endorse this. He’s stale, his message sucks and this team isn’t winning another ring with him here.
Get rid of him now.
Get rid of him now.

I wish. But this assumes other teams are, in fact, as dumb as Deuce and some posters here.

I bet Tomlin is highly regarded enough around the league that someone would want him.

Only a few are dumb enough to trade for Tomlin. But it only takes one!
SBI is CLE trading a first for Tomlin. I could see it.

Why wouldn't they want to keep Williams?

Unless there is a tie tonight the Steelers will become the 3rd team since 1990 when they instituted the new playoff format, to not make the playoffs after starting the season 7-2-1 or better.

Please. And don’t be fooled by today’s 2nd half comeback.
There are many fireable stats.
But what will Deuce do? Tomlin is not just stale, he's not just fat & happy...he's incapable.
He literally won the lottery. He's a total hack.

But the Browns are so much improved with him as HC.

I'd trade Captain bullshit for a few old jock straps and a bag of balls at this point just to be rid of his stench. Slop and slather for too fucking long.
The other day I said Tomlin and our 1st to Tampa for their 1st. My suggestion was based on three things.
1. Tampa was the last team to trade for a coach and it worked out really well for them
2. Marv Tomlin has a history with Tampa
3. Tampa doesn't lose a first rounder they only move back for one
To me that seems like something that could realistically be done. I typically hate suggesting coaching changes unless I can suggest a reasonable replacement, however in this situation I honestly think the only difference between Marv Lewis and Mike Tomlin is a hall of fame QB and pretty solid GM for the duration of his coaching career. Mike Fraudlin is terrible.

Welcome to the Tomlin led Steelers of 2018.
QB is a 4,842 yard passer 33 TDs and 15 INTs. RB with 909 yards rushing and 12 TDs despite missing three games. Two WR's w/100+ receptions, Smith-Schuster 106 for 1,389 yards 6 TDs, Antonio Brown 104 for 1,297 yards receiving 15 TDs. No playoffs!

I'd trip all over myself running to approve trading Tomlin for a 5th.

A Titans /Colts tie?
