I think it will be more enjoyable to watch him struggle and endure the pass rush and hits all game long. Just keep knocking him around and watching him get madder and madder.

Maybe I can take some solace in the fact that we gave the falcons the blueprint of exactly what not to do against the pats.

Falcons played this way against Green Bay too.

They didn't need us to show them what to do.

Quinn came from the Seahawks.

Seems our coaches have the tendency to either over-scheme, and handcuff players....or under-scheme and rely too much on winning individual match-ups.

Agreed Kodial.

I'd say we didn't even give our guys a chance to win individual matchups on defense. We sat in zones.

Belicheat had an extra day and a half on our coaching staff. I mean, why even try?

Patriots executing the Philadelphia Eagles' Super Bowl XXXIX fourth quarter game plan.

That took a LOT of time.

And LOL!!!!

When everyone was ripping Tomlin in the first half I almost typed that he was just showing others what not to do so they understood. The joke was on the Patriots the whole time.

What stings a bit is ATL ended-up being the team we were supposed to. High-powered offense that can run or throw almost at will. A defense that improved and was quite good by the end of the year.

They were struggling on offense so they went into the bag of tricks. Our coaches only do that when the offense is clicking.

ATL got lucky there. Saw that onside coming a mile away, but they didn't.

Their OL = our OL

Their RB triumvirate >> Bell

Their receivers >>> our receivers

Their defense >>>> our defense

Kyle Shanahan >>>>>>>>>>> Todd Haley

Dan Quinn >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Mike Tomlin

Coaching is big, and mostly why the above is true. Bell + DWill is very, very nice...except injuries and the coaches refusal to play both. And then we lost Bryant, Coates got hurt, and after Wheaton no one has that kind of depth.

It was obvious. Short field gets you the ball quicker, assuming you hold them to a FG or less (and then it's still a 3 TD game).

If this game continues as is, Ryan will get the MVP almost by default.

But the entire defense should get it.

They've never given it to a unit. And as individuals go, Ryan stands out more than anyone.

I'm just happy the elitist halftime performer didn't make a political statement this year. Good on the NFL for stopping that shit.

That worked out as well as it possibly could have for New England.

Time for an official-aided drive because the NFL doesn't like blowouts.

I thought one was coming after that opening, but it looks like the NFL told her "no fucking way".

I know...IIRC, only one time have they given it to more than one person...Randy White and Harvey Martin in Super Bowl XII.
