Lamar definitely has talent, including the ability to make good throws. His problem is between the ears - his overconfidence combined with a low football IQ means he makes an abundance of dumb, dumb, dumb plays.
In the regular season he often gets away with it but in the post season his stupidity usually sinks the team.
