Yeah, I didn't think I'd feel this good about Pickett this quickly. I don't think we can go overboard, but even on the drive where we had Oline breakdowns and penalties, he was still making nice throws. He could have a nice future if we don't get him killed.

Rudolph really is the check-down king.

If Pickett doesn’t start week one, we have shit QB talent evaluators.

I am left yearning for more. He looked incredible in 3 minutes of clock time. The whole team gets better as soon as he is in…once they got their shit together. Trubisky would never have gotten seven points in a minute.

I did not get to see Trubisky because of dicking around with NFL+.
Ahhh the Kenny bromance rolls on
Not a Kenny fan myself but I don’t necessarily want him to suffer the same fate as David Carr types that have been ruined before him
Would be shit-off stupid to start him behind this gawd awful line
Tomlin is pretty damn stupid so Lake your yearning my soon become reality

Pickett has it and the others don't. Mason is who he's always been. An avg QB at best that folds when pressure is applied. Tribusky has limited vision which really shows up when pressure is applied. I agree with a previous poster who said let Tribusky be the opening starter until the OL has a time to kinda gel (they suck overall) and then let Pickett take the reins after the bye.

There's not much Pickett is gonna learn from any of the other QBs on this roster while Rudy can be traded for draft picks or players to fulfill roles on this team.

Well you need the best of everything to help the Oline right now. I think that means Pickett, Najee, Muth and that receiving Corp; they will whip the Oline into shape with star play if necessary. Pickett can orchestrate. Start him.

Wow
You realize if Mason Rudolph leads a TD drive here you're going to have 1/3 of the fans wanting him to start, the other 1/3 wanting Pickett to start, and the other 1/3 just wanting to stick their heads in an oven.

Great "tackling" by the PS to set up the turnover.

with all due respect… mason could throw for 5 tds in this game and nobody would want him to start.

more likely is you’ll have 1/3 people putting picket into the hof, 1/3 wanting him to start.. and 1/3 who think he should retire now because they didn’t mock him to the steelers in their mock drafts.
