Opponent may not have had control before Metcalf touched OOBs. That may make him OOBs b/c both players were touching the ball. Did not see the slow mo well enough to tell.

They ruled it an INT on the field and confirmed (not just upheld) it.

The ball was on his back shoulder to start- then stripped coming out- then he was drilled by the safety
