Colts got hosed on the 2pt conversion, they made it then it got called back because illegal contact or man down field (some shit like that) but the replay and announcers clearly showed it was a bad call.
I thought Browns were actually going to pull off that win when they were up 2 tds but I should have known better, Browns don't know how to win yet.

The call was offense of interference with the other receiver making no effort to run his pattern. However he was within the yard or to the line of scrimmage

How can a penalty flag come a minute and a half after a play?
They’re pretty much on the sideline ready preparing for the kickoff by that point.

It was after the play, but nowhere near 90 seconds.
