The Rudolph pick doesn’t bother me now but if Ben plays 3,more years as he’s stated it will.

If the dude ends up being a legit starter, how much can we complain. Rodgers sat on the bench for three years behind Favre. Rudolph ain’t ever going to be Rodgers, but why should an extended incubation period bother you if it the guy ends up being legit?

I think Rudolph is a steal where they drafted him even after trading up and then only spending a 7th RND selection to do so. I am happy the went up and got their player. Is he Ben's heir apparent like everyone's concluding to? Wait and See....

I am just glad that the Rudolph pick means Laundry Jones will be cut at the end of the preseason.

If you deem Mason as Ben's heir he has to be the #2 QB, Dobbs will be the #3. Jones is just awful, I know people continue to try and prop him up but he is just awful. Wins against Cleveland just don't impress me much.

was not sure of pic till I read your guys feelings..looks like a good one...all the chat on 40 times...these times so overrated..sure fast is fast but doesn't show on field on every down. brown doesn't have blazing speed; quickness with him. I don't know martavious bryants 40 time; but ive never seen a dude run faster and easily with open space. he wont be caught from behind till hes 30+. juju no burner but seems to have enough to stay ahead of most.. don't know bells speed in 40 but the dude cant out run anyone playing linebacker or secondary it seems.. 40 times and game speed are different..this pic looks like he has great game speed.

This guy can ball, and is a lot faster and bigger than appears. He's got explosive speed were he can turn on the jets and take off. And long arms are a great addition. I also like the fact that he looks for contact after the catch. He won't try to sidestep you, and will go through you. He's thick. Like JuJu. But I still wish there were a tall red zone target other than a TE. I'm not all that impressed with Justin Hunter, and DHB is insurance and a st guy.

To be fair that was also the time most teams ignored tweeners like Porter and Steelers had their choice at 3-4 OLB.

Coaching not drafting. Let’s hope Drake continues the WR factory, but make note that he is taking over for Mann. Also let’s see if Bradley makes the drafting in the secondary better, make a not he is taking over for Lake. Will the “drafting” improve or decline?

Coaching and teaching make the drafts successful.

I wouldn't worry about Drake, he is in the same mold as Richard Mann, he will be fine.

Drakes resume:

WR coach Georgia 1992-1996. Hmmm. What WRs did he coach there I wonder? Hines Ward.

WR coach Texas 1998-2003. That produced Roy Williams for the NFL.

WR coach for Chicago 2004-2012. He had Bernard Berian, Johnny Knox, it was sad about Knox, had a spinal injury cut his career short. The Bears never really gave Drake much to work with but he coached up what he had and did a great job, ironic that they finally draft an Alshon Jeffrey and sign a Brandon Marshall and Drake moves on.

WR coach for Arizona 2013-2017. Yeah, Fitz was already established but Malcolm Floyd did well with Drake coaching him. As did John Brown.

I don't see any kind of drop off from Mann to Drake.

Wide receiver James Washington said he models his game after Dez Bryant, and he displayed a few Dez qualities in Steelers rookie minicamp - burst after the catch and ability to secure the ball in traffic. Washington had a few indecisive moments running routes, but coach Mike Tomlin said the second-round pick made big plays on Day 2.
