SBI. What looked ugly at first turned into a very good weekend for the Steelers.

Not a great job of burning clock by the Rams. A minute left is still too much time.

I really hope I didn’t speak too soon. KC should not have a timeout left here.
My gawd Tyreek Hill is a fucking dumbass.

I suppose that's a good result if we still have any thoughts of the number one seed.

McVay is a fucking awesome coach. Any way you slice it.

Why shouldn't we hope for #1 seed? KC has Chargers twice and NE comes to Pittsburgh.
We just have to keep taking it one game at a time.

Light years ahead of Tomlin for sure, but I still think the Rams can be had.

Boring. Losing more interest every year. Arena Football.
And McFarland et al always sounding out "National Football League" over and over is really irritating.

Looking at the conference standing and the Cleveland and Baltimore at Pittsburgh games really piss me off worse now. We could be sitting at one loss to the Chiefs or even undefeated if the team doesn't lay eggs for entire halves of games.

If Tomlin stays out of the way, Steelers are every bit as good as any of those teams.
I still think these two teams and the Saints are a notch above. Why? Their play design.
Too much of yesterday was Ben just dropping back and throwing. Zero misdirection, no guys in motion, no gadget plays.
I think KC/Rams/Saints hang 35 on Jax no problem.

My gaawwD! Mahomes gets so many WIDE open looks, it’s sickening. I haven’t seen an offensive scheme get more receivers wide open, since maybe the Kurt Warner, St. Louis Rams with all the speed they had! Unbelievable, man! Then we watch Ben, most every pass is contested or he needs to fit passes into tight windows. Fat Andy sure is a fantastic play caller.
Mahomes with 5 turnovers (3 int, 2 fumbles) and 6 TDs. THIS is what the NFL wants. I think it sucks.

Nick Foles is proof, what superior play calling can do.

Yep. I remember watching Arean Football once...maybe twice, and I remember thinking, this really sucks!

Yes. Both QBs were throwing to wide open receivers rather than throwing into tight spaces.

I mean, we still can’t properly execute a RB screen. These guys each have 8 screen plays in their playbook that they run flawlessly.
Fitchner has some homework to do.

I mean, WIDE open, not counting when the Rams DB fell down, I’m incredibly, envious watching the Chiefs and Mahomes shatter records, while Ben has to throw perfect back shoulder throws, or ropes into the back of the EZ,over multiple defenders.

Why does the rams D suck
They've got tons of players
They've got tons of players
That was beyond absurd. Came home part way in the third quarter and saw two defensive TDs, four offensive TDs, two fumbles and three picks.
The somehow is the somehow

Tonight's game is exactly what the NFL desires. The results are what the NFL pushes for. I missed the bungoles and stains game in 2004 equalling 106 points. This is what the NFL is becoming. 50 something to 50 something. I miss the days when defense meant something. I miss the days when an offense was manhandled by a stout defense. I miss those 10-13 barn burners... oh well. First Monday night game I've seen this season. I don't usually watch NFL outside of the Steelers anymore.
Side Note: Glad the chefs lost.

Do you both have sarcafont written in white? If Tomlin burned all 3 timeouts before the end of the game they’d tip over the incline plane in Pittsburgh!
We will beat KC, La and the Saints if and when the opportunity arises this year.

You think, we’ll beat the Saints in week 16...in their house?

We owe them one for the Halloween loss?
Yes I think we will beat them. Our pass rush is superb, and it will disrupt Brees’ timing. And the secondary is quietly coming around.
We will need our A game. I think it will be hyped big time and Tomlin will have them ready, quick and fierce.
