that's really cute!

Welcome Nick, maybe you can offer an opinion about why the Pens sat Riikola instead of Trotman?

Anyone ever buy anything from https://www.customthrowbackjerseys.com?

I'm eyeing up a Ron Francis #9 jersey.

Looks pretty legit, but I'd feel better about it if someone has had experience with it.

You're going to be hard pressed to find a Pens' Ron Francis jersey outside of ebay, so if you're dead set on it, that is probably your best bet. I honestly have no idea how legit that site is.

That being said.....you can buy an authentic jersey on nhl.com for cheaper. http://www.coolhockey.com is another great spot for jerseys.

Maybe you should ask for an opinion about why the pens sat riikola instead of tortorella.

And I agree about the uni's. They sucked. Bobble head bananas for sure.

The jerseys on that site look legit. Sooooo many good ones, Jimmy Paek and Larry Murphy.

Yeah. I’ve done some research on that site. I’m reasonably sure it’s legit. Downside is that ship time is about a month because they’re all hand stitched. But thatd be fine. Put me right about at the start of playoffs anyways. If it does get here too late, then I’ll have it for next season.

I’ve narrowed it down to:
Francis #9
Trottier
Ulf Samuelson

Francis is the likely choice.

Solid selections. I still can’t believe we traded Naslund!

Where else can you find a Jim Paek Jersey? I sooooo want one.
I seriously do not remember Ron Francis wearing #9. But then...I don’t remember what I had for breakfast this morning.

He only wore it in the first year he was here after coming over in the trade from Hartford. So it was only a part of a season.

Francis is one of my all time favorite Pens behind the obvious guys like Mario, Sid,Jagr, and Geno. So having the #9 jersey has the double benefit of getting the jersey of one of my favorite players’ jerseys, and showing a cool piece of trivia that most fans don’t remember along with it.

Only thing that made me hesitate was the thought of watching a game at a bar and having drunk yinzers yell “Yer jersey is messed up, Ronnie was number 10!” over and over again.
