I don't care who's fault it was, who said what, etc.
You don't just walk out of a week of meetings/practices and then show up on game day expecting to play.
That's a crybaby bitch move.
Wait, no wonder swiss loves the guy! It's all so clear now!

Of course we hate him. He quit on the team.
He. Fucking. Quit.
He quit, AND he forced his way out of town, royally screwing the team in the process.
Hating him in light of everything he did is a perfectly reasonable response.

Correct. The way he went out was as bad as it gets being a Steelers fan.
Will be rooting very hard against he and Lev, individually, and against the Raiders and Jets.

That's fine. I loved the guy as a Pittsburgh Steeler. Now...I give zero fucks how many balls he catches or doesn't catch, how good or how shitty is the QB delivering the ball to him, or how many injuries he incurs and/or the severity. My interest in Antonio Brown going forward is limited to SBI....toward that end, there may be times this coming season where I root for him, or root against him....depending on who his team is playing and the impact of that game on the Pittsburgh Steelers and their playoff chances/seeding.

And that's fine. If that's how you handle it, that's fine. I'm not going to sit here and call you a bunch of names or climb over every post you make saying that's how you want to handle it. Why? Because it's a reasonable reaction.
But so is hating the guy and hoping he falls flat on his face. Given how he treated this franchise and its fans while he forced his way off the time, anger is a perfectly reasonable reaction as well.
It goes back to your typical bullshit of having completely unreasonable responses to perfectly reasonable opinions.

I think a couple of things...
*I'm sitting at the bar some days, and clips appear on the NFL Network screen of Antonio Brown highlights, and I cannot fuckin' believe that a guy of this talent, and this level of production, is no longer wearing Black & Gold.
*I know this is anathema on this esteemed website, as it concerns one of the Sacred Fuckin' Cows of steelerfury.com, but while this is almost wholly on AB, #7 had something to do with it as well...and he fuckin' knows it!!! I didn't say anything after the Jax game, but I remember thinking then, and at other times, Ben was full of kudos of JuJu, saying nothing about AB. And I remember thinking that prob wasn't settling well. Then, there were the postgame comments after Denver. And even then, AB said he had "no problem" with what Ben was saying.
Ya ya, I know it was all about the money...but I still think it didn't need to go down this way. AND...I'm still not buying that the Pittsburgh Steelers will be a better team because of it. All the assembled asshats can talk all they want, and put this stupid fuckin' spin on his productivity, that his 100+ catches, his mega yardage, his 15 TDs were because Ben was forcing the ball to him to satisfy AB's ego, resulting in numerous pics. I'm not buying that. I'm thinking it's because the fucker could get open, could catch the fuckin' ball, and Ben knew that.
So yeah, wish broken fuckin' legs on AB all you want. Me...I don't much give a fuck what he does, or doesn't do this year. What I DO give a fuck about is that whatever he does, won't be for the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Swiss -- you are likely right in that Ben contributed to the fiasco. But...and this is a big but...his contribution was small.
AB is the guy who was tossing furniture out of a high-rise. THat tells you something about who was the more crazy person here. So, 90% AB, 7% Ben, and 3% Tomlin sounds about right to me. Given those percetnages, I say it is kind of silly to focus on the 7% / 3% in this case.
Also, shame we didn't move AB the year before. Likely would've gotten a really nice haul.

Tomlin 30% For enabling AB's ego over his entirety of being a Steeler
AB. 60% For being AB
Ben. 10% For allowing AB to expect the ball that much over the course of X years

I think this is fairly consistent with what I've said....AB was being a dick, but it's not completely all on him....not conjecture, Ben's admitted to such. And...still saying that Ben to AB was much more than AB expecting the ball, much of it was AB getting the fuck open and catching the fuckin' ball.

This is funny...you accuse, repeatedly, of being a "whiny bitch," yet you note incessantly that I "call you a bunch of names." Let's remember how this all started. I took the position that, and you've quoted me, "no way no how" would Steelers be mproved minus the talent and productivity that they've lost, but coaches by the same Dumbuck, or that it was "delusional" to think otherwise. You took that, and asked me to leave this esteemed website if the Steelers exceeded last year's win total, while taking no risk yourself....and tried to characterize me as the risk-averse one. Meanwhile, I told you....you take the same risk, then it's a deal. But you were too big a pussy to do so.

I don't care that you call ME any names. Call me whatever you want, whenever you want. Keep bringing up my post about my dad. That's all totally fine with me.
I do care that berate and verbally assault OTHER posters over perfectly reasonable opinions.
And your opinion that the steelers will "no way, no how" be better without Antonio Brown and refusing to acknowledge the possibility that they just might actually be better is not remotely reasonable. That's the difference.
And for the 100th time so that maybe, just maybe, it penetrates that rock-hard skull of yours...my proposed bet was made purely to challenge the position you kept shoving down everyone's throats about the Steelers assuredly being worse without Antonio Brown. "No way, no how". I challenged the position you so vehemently argued and, true to form, you cowered like the little bitch you are. You want to argue like you have some sort of conviction, but your actions constantly prove that you'll back down the second someone asks you to back it up with something other than words.

can't make this shit up how fucking dumb brown is (he's a child)

A source with knowledge of the situation tells NBC's Chris Simms that Antonio Brown is dealing with frostbitten feet after "entering a cryotherapy machine without the proper footwear."
Well that's a new one. Brown had previously been described as dealing with "blisters." Speaking Tuesday, coach Jon Gruden would only say the team was "gathering information." It's a ridiculous injury but hardly a laughing matter. Brown's status for the remainder of camp should be considered up in the air.

“We Do Not Care”........"I expect guys to make routine plays routinely"

That's.Fucking.Hilarious.
Wouldn't surprise me one bit. Can he run with 7 toes? Does that mean tony toe tap will be tony stub tap?

I am not buying this. Steelers fucked themselves. They put up with his shit for years instead of trading him at his peak because they are managed by conservative pussies.

I know you love to blame Art for things, but I'm sure it's hard to know when to trade him. I'm sure it got worse over time. The guy starts out as a model citizen and produces greatly. Then he starts with minor irritations. Do you pull the trigger then? No, he's too good. Then his antics get worse. Do you pull the trigger then? Then a little worse. Then? Maybe they should have known to pull the trigger a little earlier, but the guy was producing. Maybe they thought they could rein him in until it was proven they couldn't.
At any rate it sounds like you're absolving AB, and that can't be right.
When and why did Antonio Brown acquire the nickname Liberace?
