I already wagered on them when the line came out at Baltimore -3 on Monday morning. Love my Steelers but don’t like to miss a good opportunity to make money either.

He's also the coach that takes the least responsibility for the performance of the team.
He's also the coach that doesn't get criticized for the performance of the team. He has been defended with blanket PR campaigns his entire tenure, except for this week.
He has the perfect gig for a politician, he can always skate.
Funny how all the talking heads were blaming Ben and some in the media have actually finally been dogging the defense, but haven’t heard any in the mainstream media criticize Mikey T yet, which I find very odd.
Cowherd hasn't been overtly critical of Tomlin, but he has said that he runs a sloppy, drama-filled, "noisy" team more than once.
Nothing left to do but smile, smile, smile...

Changes will not be drastic but subtle in nature
They've gone and done it. Locking up the table games again.

Please
Can someone make it stop
We are a great and loyal fan base
The Rooney’s are idiots to not make some drastic changes….and those would include firing Coach T and entering a major rebuild period
I can’t take it
I can’t take listening to Tomlin anymore
It’s just all bullshit he says….please baby Jesus, save us

During Mike Tomlin’s tenure as Pittsburgh Steelers head coach, you can count on one hand the number of games the team played as ugly as last Sunday’s humiliating loss to the Cincinnati Bengals.
This is a fact not missed on head coach Mike Tomlin when he spoke to the media on Tuesday. According to Tomlin, the Steelers are going to “wallow in our stench for while and wait for next opportunity to play football.”

That is because the fall of this storied franchise has already been so drastic under his tenure that there really is not that much further to fall until they hit rock bottom. I think some UFO is in order...

He said that subtle bullshit the last time the team fell apart.
And of course, no changes in the positive direction, just more garbage football.

Hopefully, at the very least, I will never have to hear "Well. he's never had a losing season!" again after this year. Though I suppose a "only one losing season or only two losing seasons" mantra could be equally as aggravating as life passes us by.
Nah…his defenders have really dug their heels in with that one. “ You can’t fire the guy…he’s never had a losing season!” Not having that hook to hang their caps on will be the only positive thing to come out of this season.BouldernBun wrote: ↑Wed Dec 01, 2021 4:36 amHopefully, at the very least, I will never have to hear "Well. he's never had a losing season!" again after this year. ESPN sucks, but I still find it amusing that Tomlin ranked last in this poll:

"Wallow in our stench" goes well with Tomlin's selected shirt for the Ravens game.
