Worst part?

Haley will remain OC next year and we'll STILL blame it on execution.

I'm starting to think hiring Todd Haley was part of the punishment passed down from Goodell to Ben.

Well, it was, kind of-- they wanted to "knock Ben down a few pegs".

If they players aren't executing it means a few things: either the players aren't good enough to execute the game plan, and it should be dumbed down. Remember the Ron Earhardt offense? The Kevin Gilbride offense?

Or, the coaches have lost the players, because they're not listening to its installation.

There's probably a couple other reasons. But those come to mind.

Execution is a problem... Part of it. Saying the same shit over and over won't fix the the problems we have and that includes execution.

Would you believe in Todd Haley? Listen to him? Work hard to execute his vision?

Right.

We should just keep plugging away

That'll do it.

If your head coach brings him in and you aren't trying then fuck you there's the door. This whole staff needs to go along with a shit load of players.

@CharlieBatch16 You're right. You don't hire an OC your HOF QB doesn't approve of. That was a HUGE mistake firing BA.

Glad you agree... Get rid of this staff know and quit plugging away with it and the poor execution to.

The execution stuff is a line of bullshit. If it was all that mattered teams would call the same dive play every game and expect the players to execute it for 5 yards every time. It's a coordinators job to scheme his players into advantageous positions.

I'm in acceptance mode.

I've fully accepted that we are what we've seen so far this year. A bad football team.

Good football teams shit the bed every once in a while but typically dictate to the other team and show some consistency.

This team is what we see before us. No need to point blame....they suck. Haley is a fucking idiot, Tomlin is still a fucking dope who can't manage timeouts or the clock. LeBeau is working with less but I can't give him a pass either.

We are bad. No need to be suprised anymore with shitty performances. This IS the new standard.

Sadly, we are fucked.

Watching the league highlights today as QB after QB made great throws and their Wr's did the same I got more and more pissed. We have a franchise QB that hasn't had but a handful of chances to make those types of plays.

Watching the game today I called every play (at least run vs. pass) at least 90% of the time and I don't know shit about play calling. The times I was wrong they pounded the ball when I thought they'd pass!

Tomlin has never impressed me. In his second year (I give him a complete pass on his first year) when he would throw challenge flags on the slim hope a call would be overturned almost randomly and would stare at the clock intently, hoping it would tell him what to do as time ran out, it was obvious he was in over his head. The Jackass, "hey my car broke down" Haley may have been forced on him but he could quite easily de nut the asshat if he wanted.

We're watching a 10-6 or 11-5 team destroy itself because of these idiots.

I'm trying to figure out how in the hell they won three games.

Nah, see that's what they expect our coaching staff to do. Our coaches are smarter than that though. Just everyone hold up on the criticism. The rest of the league will see soon enough. Big things are just around the corner. Give it another year or two and the rest of the league will be scouring college football looking for the next Justin Brown or Dri Archer. They'll be searching for QBs who specialize in getting the ball out in under a second flat and all these big athletic TEs and WRs all over the league will be considered dinosaurs.

But it's IMPERATIVE that Archer plays. He adds so much to this offense, he's a dynamic cuntbag that is a threat each time he touches the ball. LOL

MAYBE

Only if AR2 notices

The problem with that is, He's got his head so far up Goodell's ass with the entire political problem of the NFL, that he probably isn't all that focused on his football team.

He sees the standings -- hey, we're 3-3 -- no reason to panic -- we have another .500 season -- that's good enough in today's NFL!
