Not at all, if I have seen no major news story, over the years about Mario complaining to the NHL about penalties not being called, after watching ESPN, CNN probably half the days of the week, and reading Pittsburgh media probably 4-6 days a week, than making a comment that he isn't doing it is totally justified, I am not obligated to research ever news story and every media outlet before I make a comment. Acting like you do or that I should MAKES YOU A TOTAL ASSHOLE.

In the NHL that's mainly because they don't enforce the rules. If they called EVERY SINGLE PENALTY that happens, the Crosby/Malkin Pens would have more than one Cup by now most likely.

The NHL should look to the NBA and Olympic Hockey as their models for success.
