Why can’t we throw to our TEs and scheme them open like Baltimore does?

What is wrong with our moron coaches? Is it because Mason can’t hit water if he fell out of a boat?
Sometimes the boat is in dry-dock.

Jackson is the best running QB I believe I've ever seen and that includes Michael Vick.

Jesus.

I can't watch the NFL anymore. Shit just isn't enjoyable.

Not sure Jackson is a flash in the pan, but I question his long term success. The Ravens have built a real nice system around him that allows him to use his feet.

Defenses that are able to keep him the pocket, like we did, will have success against him. Just not many have been able to do it, Chiefs and us are the only ones I can think of.

The Dallas/Detroit game is competitive. 27-21 Dallas. The Lions QB Driscol looks okay.

It’s impressive how the Ravens continue to add pieces to their team. Ingram, Thomas, and Marcus Peters, who has been a playmaker since the trade.

Harbaugh is the best HC in the North and top 3-5 in the NFL.

Seems the the Steelers are in quicksand, compared to the strides the Ravens continue to make. They’re not complacent like the Steelers.

Must be nice as a fan, to have an organization like that.

Would that be the complacency of moving up in the draft to get Bush? The complacency to trade for Minkah? That kind of complacency?

They continually win.

They don’t miss the playoffs.

They’re not opposed to redesigning an offense, to fit a players strength.

Steelers need a fresh football philosophy.

Nah...he’s probably talking about the complacency that comes with running the same outdated schemes that they used 20 years ago. The complacency that comes about by running out the same conservative game plan week after week. The complacency that comes from a head coach that publicly claims he doesn’t worry about the offensive line when that line is nothing but offensive...should I go on?

Actually, they’ve only made the playoffs twice since 2012...not counting the current season.

They are the best team in the NFL.

By a good amount....and they're getting better.

They aren't going to miss the playoffs very often with their current QB.

Stale football philosophies from ownership downwards.

The Ravens coaching staff make the Steelers staff look so amateurish.

Agreed. Good coaches take advantage of their talent, not force them out of what they do best to satisfy some ridiculous identity bullshit or to put them in their place.

Joke

Not that it would have mattered, but it’s 0-0 when it happened and would have been 1st and goal at 1

I think it has more to do with how much adversity is overcome.

Harbaugh hasn't seen the M.A.S.H unit tomlin has.

Why does it always seem that the Steelers have to overcome all this adversity? Injuries, locker room drama, unpreparedness, penalties, etc. But hey, three HC's in 50 seasons.

Belichick isn't going to have answers for Jackson in round 2 if the Pats play the Ravens again.

Agree.

When I watch him, I just don't see it. His running is exciting as hell. But I still don't see a really good passer. His TD passes today, first one he floated up (after having 4 seconds in the pocket, must be nice....) and his WR/TE made a great play, the second was a real nice throw to the TE, and the last two were dump offs to Ingram.

We will see, maybe he keeps this up, and ends up with a deep playoff run. He is winning games (as he did last year), and that is all that matters. Our defense proved they can shut his ass down which is good. I am more worried about our offense than theirs.
