Just me or did Pickens slow down coming out of the break on the missed end zone throw? Looked like he let up?
Nah Pickett threw that one too late.
Watch it again.

Pickens came out of his break lazy, realized it and tried to speed up like a motherfucker to make up for it.

Didn't work but Kenny still needed to use a lighter touch.

Agreed.
Need to see it again. Thought the ball was in the air already or very nearly. Replays did not show the whole play, at least what’s etched in my mind’s eye right now.

Take a 5 yard penalty to piss the kicker off and cancel his career long attempt! A different way to ice the kicker!

Nope, not gonna bang on Tomlin there. If we need to use a TO to get our rookie's head on straight, then that is a good use of a TO, clock be damned.

So Tomlin called TOs why again?
Maybe to call a play that almost worked.
You should leave no time for Colts….force them to take their TOs

Kenny had a nice half.

The game is slowly beginning to slow down for him, but he still has a tendency to play too fast.

Once the game completely slows down for him, he's gonna be real good.

Hard to imagine the Colts playing any shittier tonight. The only thing they can hang their hat on is we should be up by at least 20.

Everything should be open in the second half for Kenny. Will they get aggressive to shoot the offensive monkey on their collective backs?

I'll give the Colts props for the rookie coach. He's not another retread that's been on multiple teams just cashing a check like a lot of bottom-feeder coaches.

Nice half for Kenny. Missed a few throws, but it happens.

I guess something to be said for playcalling and decision making when 3 of your 4 incompletions were WTFO and you just missed the throw.

Do we ever, I mean ever, throw deep to the middle of the field?

All out deep throws are right along the sideline leaving little margin for error

I firmly believe he’s the guy for at least two more seasons.

Watt can’t be 100%.

Something not right.

I hope they change up the offense in the 2nd half. Take more shots downfield, and please no fucking turtling

Thinking the same thing. Or maybe they are rotating more heavily. Might need to just look at the RBs for that evidence.

Oh, I think it'll be longer than that.

They will prioritize the trenches in this upcoming draft and finding at least 1 corner.

Probably both through the draft and free agency. When the game slows down for Pickett (that's in the process of happening) and he won't be rushing (just like Joe Burrow his second year) with an upgraded offensive line and Pickens rounding into a superstar, I think KP's going to be just fine.
