They are gonna lose an edge rusher for at least a play.

So of course we will run the ball up the guy here.
Damn, we know this team, don't we?

this offense still looks like a disaster but at least they're getting yards.

Run from under center…and they stop it in the backfield. Wonder if there is a tell?

OK, no chance for Najee on that one. Terrible call.

What’s going on when CB’s are in the backfield during a Harris handoff

That bunch run is telegraphed out the wazoo, Canada!

Do you notice that NO ONE if fooled by the jet motion, and all it does is leave lanes for unblocked defenders to stuff the run in the backfield.

They continually telegraph everything the do.
Howard Griffith had to resort to chop-blocking him during the 1997 AFC Championship Game. An incredulous Kirkland asked Griffith, “Why do you have to use cheap tactics like chop-blocking?” Griffith replied “Why do you have to be a 300-pound linebacker?”

That negative Najee run was 100% on Canada. Predictable down and distance and formation calls. Smart defenders know the play and just shoot in and blow it up.

Absolutely. Killer play. And they keep insisting on running up a stacked middle with Najee. Fckin infuriating.

They do know what’s coming.

Almost every time Canada shows that look, it’s a run.

And no one follows the jet motion, and now the DBs have a free rush to the backfield.

Vintage Tomlin play for the FG.

First down play was screaming for George slant... left to right.
90,000 people knew hand off to 22.

Secondary was wide open.

Boys and I were calling for it... before huddle breaks.

Yep. Killed the drive.

It's calls like that one that highlight how he's out of his element.

This is maybe shaping up to be a season like CHI had several years ago (well, maybe 6-7 at this point!)....a ton of defensive and ST touchdowns carried them to like a 9-3 start, and they hung on to make the playoffs and then of course got demolished because they had no actual offense
