It is easy to see who the leaders are. People follow them. The question is where. Fools typically follow bigger fools. When I worked, I didn't focus on who the leaders were, I focused on getting rid of the fools. "One bad apple...."

They haven't even put the pads on and folks are falling for clickbait?
I will wait until we see camp reports mixed in with pre-season game or 2 before making any sort judgment on any of the rookies.
I didn't like the Pickett selection but I can wait a wee while before sharpening the axe.

Tomlin has decided that this O, come hell or high water, is going to run through Najee. He thinks Najee is the future franchise leader/face of this team -- a mistake on Tomlin's part, imo. He's determined to make Najee the leader he stupidly thinks he is.
It'll be forced and not work out well, imo. Don't get me wrong, Naj seems like a decent kid that has experienced some unique things in his life, he just doesn't strike me as a natural born leader.
Cam (H) is the purest example of a natural born leader we have on this team. Tomlin is not great at prematurely recognizing leaders, imo -- they eventually, more so, present themselves to him.
I'll take BR's observations over anybody else that's not on the team.

Arguing with idiots is like playing chess with a pigeon. No matter how good you are, the pigeon is going to shit on the board and strut around like it won anyway.
