This is a bit extreme. The Jags have been picking in the top 10 or top 5 for about the last 5 years. You can stack some talent pretty quick when you have the #1 overall pick 2 years in a row and get however many 1st rounders for Jalen Ramsey and other talent they traded away.

This was a remark on Doug Pederson being a competent NFL coordinator, not on the quality of players.

Also, Steelers have better skill position players on offense, but Pederson is a superior O-coordinator, who won a SB with Nick Foles.

Realize that in the last 20 years, the Steelers have picked in the top 10 once due to trading into it. In that same timeframe, Jax has had 17 top 10 picks, 8 of them in the top 5 and 2 of those overall #1.

But that being said, they need a reset and perhaps a collapse to renew talent and flush out the playbooks.
