It seems to be catching on this year throughout the NFL.

Probably just a fad.....once they realize they can't use the middle of the field once they get the ball back...lol

Dumbucks Michaels and Collinsworth saying if penalty had been on AZ, would have been a longer FG attempt. Hey douchebags, penalty on AZ, there's a 10 sec runoff and clock expires...games goes to OT>

Fucking typical arians in the end there. Palmer just about lost that one. Fucking nail biter. You'd have thought the Steelers were playing tonight the way I was shouting out curse words. Need the Bills to lose tomorrow.

I predicted them into a solid 3rd in the division due to their defense falling off. They are playing for that top 10 draft pick now.[/quote]
I feel pretty good for A. predicting that the Ravens were going to be absolute trash this year without Ngata and Suggs B. predicting that, despite that fact, the Ravens would beat the Steelers at least once C. defending myself against everyone who said, "Every year they say the Ravens are going to be bad and then they're in the playoffs blah blah blah"

BTW, I heard today that Ebron and Eifert are tied for the highest drop rate oin the NFL among TEs-- over 9%.

Solid predictions B2B but... Brandon Williams has been very very good and a huge improvement on last seasons ngata. If your saying eifert is a sub par TE like ebron, your flat out wrong. Eiferts drops rate was pretty much all as a result of last weeks game vs Houston. Hes easily one of the top receiving TEs now.
Ngata and Williams were playing together. I love Williams. I am merely reporting the stat-- I'm neutral on Eifert.

Fair enough. As for Eifert, hes really really solid as is but the only thing keeping him from being spectacular is an elite QB.

I caught the last 5 minutes of the Cards over Bengals at my favorite taco joint. That was great. When Cincy tied it up, I was like fuck they're gonna win in OT. But that was a nice drive by Palmer and the idiot penalty sealed it.

A Bengals loss is almost as good as a Steelers win.

We all talked about how healthy the Bengals have been all year....starting to change a bit.

Now im hearing the young corner Dennard could have a serious shoulder injury.

As long as Dalton doesn't get hurt, we'll be just fine.

Peyton says he wants to play in 2016, even if not for the Broncos. Link is to PFT, so I won't bother... but with his close ties to Cleveland's ownership, let's hope he's starting for the Browns next year!

Just saw where the Jets cut DE/OLB Quinton Couples! He was suppose to be a stud coming out a few years ago. Always thought he could be a nice DE in our system if he was dedicated. Heyward/Tuitt/Couples would be a nice rotation of run stoppers on the way to the passer. Think he may have been a college teammate of SCam Thomas at UNC for a year or so. Maybe he has a tie and can help land him (although it could be at the expense of his job I guess). Cost may be a factor as well.

Any thoughts from anyone on his level of play?

Bust, too much talent in front of him or just mis-used?

6'-6" 288
16.5 sacks in first three years with Rex.
6.5 sacks last year.
30 starts in three years............

seemed to fall out of favor with Bowles.
only started 2 games...probably when Richardson was out.
more talent in front of him and they also just drafted the 1st round DE from USC, Leo Williams?

Depth rotational guy.
Maybe change of scenery.

I believe he's more edge rusher/OLB in our system. After a career-high 6.5 sacks last year, has none so far this season.

So, of course-- HE WOULD FIT RIGHT IN!

Slightly less than Jarvis's 1.7. Coples is an OLB, Scam Thomas a tub of goo.

Can he drop to the 270-275 range. Maybe gain some quickness and be a pass rusher on third downs ..............teamed with Heyward, Tuit, and Dupree.
The PS pass defense will improve once they can get back to rushing 4 and dropping 7. Obviously.

don't know. I true 3-way tweener... he's not quick enough for 4-3 DE, he's not good enough in space/too big for OLB, he's not big enough to play 3 tech

More importantly...Danny Amendola to have an MRI today

This guy will NEVER be able to make it thru the year as there main slot WR taking hits even if the MRI comes back negative.

Losing Edelman was huge.
