The fact some idiot student said that shows you just how dumb college aged kids are.

Ummm ya asshole, the world should all rally around some poor college kids with hurt feelings and not getting their way.

I would say that this is not wrong but we're not allowed to discuss politics here so we can take it to pm if you'd like.

We are in general discussion. But ya I get that.

i just can't see how anyone would want that in a President.

You can PM if there is something you wanted to add.

Infantile narcissists. Raise the voting age to 25.

Forget the age.....

How about minimum voting earnings to let say.......something?

Need a little skin in the game to sit at the adult table. Otherwise sit quietly at the fold out card table and wait for your handouts

Good point. I don't know of any club that lets non-dues paying members vote. Or a charity that lets the charity recipients vote. Can you imagine a HOA that let squatters vote?

OR this idea:

Everybody gets a vote.

You get an extra vote if you earn a paycheck and not from the government. I haven't figured out how that works if you are a government contractor but I'd probably say no.

You get a possible third vote if you have served in combat.

Or we could go to the citizens/civilians split discussed in Starship Troopers (the book). Which is what I think K is discussing here though in the book you can't vote unless you fought.

Does the tapeworm get to vote on whether or not the patient takes infestation medicine?
