The Minkah issue is mostly on Tomlin for having him line up in Greenland while the rest of the team is in America. You took one of your best playmakers and turned him into a glorified right fielder equivilant. He's consistently playing 20+ yds away from the LOS and then moving backwards at the snap.

When he 1st got to the Steelers, he played 10-15 off the LOS Max and was always making plays against the opposing team

This - the change in the way Minkah plays is 100% the way Tomlin wants him to play.
