pass behind line of scrimmage you can block if pass is behind LOS

Is that just college or NFL too?

not sure but I think the same rule applies

just wow..have not read any post but what the hell...falcons choked big time in 4th... biggest fuckup was not turtling when in fg range with 8 point lead. dumb as fuck there.. run clock on run plays and kick game winning chippy fg..ball game most likely up 11...
played right into pats hands..
Atlanta again proved our defense was bogus and sucked ass 2 weeks ago. the rattled and hurt brady entire game. till the 4th when they either went conservative or got tired.

I do believe they take every advanatage they can find and even cross the line
I think though the greatest skill they employ is analyzing matters and weeding out the real from the bullshit, ego and lazy minded conservatism or gut.

I admit though they had some incredible luck tonight as well
Two shit passes from Brady while he was being hit ended up being tipped and caught for huge plays that led to ten points. Plus two of the dumbest play calls coupled with the dumbest player decisions.

But in the end it was a typical pats games:
Your mistakes are made glaring
THey always attack and are never bound by bullshit traditions or meaningless stats
the opponent will be at points predictable due to worshipping the same bullshit ideas the pats reject

Brady is perfect most of the time - he delivered pass after oass

The bolded is why they almost always win. Showed tonight big time against the clipped birds.

I believe it was both Bam. In an effort to burn clock it became a game of tackle the catch, keep them in bounds and allow them to burn clock. Only problem is that their long drives ended in TDs and Atl had no answer in their conservative game plan on either O or D.

Glad I don't have to live with that. Except I do to the extent that I now have to hear how Belichick and Brady are the GOAT for the rest of my life.

Smart coaching vs dumb coaching. Smart coaching usually wins.

Belichek is smart, pretty much the rest of he "good" coaches in this league aren't even close.

The Pats adjustments at halftime were outstanding. Atlanta runs the ball and kicks the FG they would have won the game, not because the pats were being out coached, because there wasn't enough time on the game clock.

Quinn should have used the clock to his advantage; the only times the pats have lost in the SB, they've run out of time. Quinn had this and he butt fucked it down Peachtree Blvd.

Brady is the GOAT; no question whatsoever.

I bet we fare far better vs Atlanta then pats..i believe we can beat falcons more then not. we wont ever beat pats in a meaningful game until brady is distant memory and belicheck is in senior home.

At this point, who cares... I've seen enough NFL football to convince me it's on the level of elementary school playtime. Don't waste time watching gym teachers trying to out think the algebra teacher.

He is a fine actor. Brady deserves the Emmy for best athlete in a scripted sports event.

Hey, I'm willing to question the legitimacy of any Super Bowl winner. That includes the Patriots perfect season ending with a loss to the Giants in Super Bowl 42. And I can't say for sure anymore the Steelers weren't handed a Super Bowl or two by some sort of fix. I guess this game just has me fucked up. The Falcons playcalling defies logic and everything I thought I knew about sports. 16 point lead with less than 10 minutes to go and they snap the ball with 9 seconds left on the play clock on a 2nd down and 2 play. And then flat refusing to bleed clock and take a layup FG that would have clinched the game was just unimaginable. That is the kind of stuff you do in a video game to let the little kid you are playing against win.
