Wait a second. A run is called and guy has all kinds of room but slips. How is that a bad call?

Thank God the Ravens went away from that quick hitting run up the middle.

Then he needs to sit until he's relaxed.

This is a huge game and he had a shitload of room to run.

OMG, McFarland had all kinds of room outside
That was a minimum 20 yard run if he doesn't trip himself up.

That's why so many hate this offense.....one mistake, or slip-up [no pun intended] and the drive is over

Completely cold rookie at this point of the game doesn't make a lot of sense.
Howard Griffith had to resort to chop-blocking him during the 1997 AFC Championship Game. An incredulous Kirkland asked Griffith, “Why do you have to use cheap tactics like chop-blocking?” Griffith replied “Why do you have to be a 300-pound linebacker?”

I have the opposite view. He needs more snaps to relax. He clearly should be on the field for more than just the 1-2X you want to give him the ball.

Get him out there about 10 snaps and get him 4-5 touches.

Agreed.

If you're going to use him now, use him earlier to get the kid ready.

Instead, they keep trotting out a completely ineffective Samuels out there.
