I’m sorry but if Tomlin doesn’t see that Jaylen Warren should be starting over Najee…

That ball should have been picked off.
Minkah didn't expect Brown to adjust the way he did and Edmunds was thinking about what he was going to do after the game.

FWIW everyone knows about the famous Geno’s and Pats in south philly. But Dalessandro’s in Manayunk is the best cheesesteak in the city.

Canada is so stupid he can’t see the difference between Warren and Harris.

Like looking at Jordan and Ehlo and saying yeah they’re about the same.
It’s extremely doubtful that Canada would be deciding which RB is better.

Tomlin has final say on the roster & depth chart; position coaches handle rotations as instructed.

I’m sure Canada can call for certain personnel for a particular playcall.

All goes though the Head Coach and he scared to hire someone that smart and might outshine him.

Diontae has a case on that last one.

Defender was grabbing his arm the whole way down the field.
That’s more than a case. That was BS!
If both guys are hand fighting, they will never call it. Seemed to me like both guys were trying to pin the other's arm, then DJ actually pushed him off just before the ball got there.

The Eagles are not that good. The Steelers are that bad. As soon as the Eagles read more of their press clippings, and they play a team of substance they will be exposed.
Uh, right on.

Still haven’t been wowed at all by Kenny. Don’t know what to make of that.
His games include two road starts against arguably the best team from each conference. That's not a great measuring stick.
Or, it actually is the best measuring stick. It’s all well and good to look great against mediocre/bad teams or in preseason… when we’re talking about “let’s see what Pickett has”, the greater the challenge and adversity, the more we’re going to find out.

We’re not at Alex Smith yet. Not even close.
Pickett lacks the big arm which is why he fell to us
His arm has absolutely nothing to do with what is happening today.

He's made some good throws with plenty of zip.

The Eagles have punted, what, once today?
The fact that nearly every out route was almost intercepted didn’t register with you?

Every time Jaylen Warren touches the ball, he looks better than Harris.

Yet Harris will be the starter in two weeks.
Harris has been anointed and groomed to be the leader of this team. He can’t do that from the bench!

i wonder if an offense has ever benched both captains on offense for rookies before.

Including playoffs

Last 32 games

12-20
Two 6-10 seasons back to back—holy hell.

6-10 might be better than how they finish this season. You think they’ll go 5-4 in the second half? I don’t.

That’s wild. We’ve so rarely followed a team in transition. Maybe this happens all the time in Detroit

Nearly every route was intercepted? Um....no, because that didn't happen.

Were you watching Malik Willis instead? That's probably what was going on.

Pickett has a lot to learn but the Eagles, with our o-line, coaching and weapons, probably aren't the team to learn against.

They had Pickett rattled with good reason.

Pickett didn't look good today at all, but I can't think of any Steelers QB in recent history that would have looked good against that Eagles pass rush.

That's true and with the supporting cast Pickett walked into, especially the coaching, Pickett's balls might never drop.

Pickett may very well not be the solution at QB, but there are very, very, very few "solutions" on this Steelers team.

VERY few.

I don’t use a TV, I have a movie projector for a glorious 135” diagonal immersive experience! :D I thought I saw an awful Steelers team make the Eagles look like 2007 Patriots. Almost reminiscent of our undefeated start during Covid. Look at that schedule below. Some pitiful teams.

Hurts threw up a first quarter floater that would have been intercepted 99 times out of 100 by most other safeties!

If there was any resemblance of pressure on Hurts he would have been making more bad decisions. If the Steelers could catch, there would have been two interceptions.

I just was more impressed with the Steelers’ self flagellation…every play from start to finish has so much unnecessary pressure due to the incompetence of Canada and the lack of talent, and the lack of imagination to feature the talent they do have.

The Eagles are not this good and they will come back to the pack.
