Uounignore the fact that McCullers had an amazing end of camp. He’s not playing because the defense we want to play isn’t oriented that way (more speed) but I think he may be valuable vs a team that wants to run it more.
Perhaps that's why McCullers is a healthy scratch every game? Why wasn't he playing versus the Jags then? You're very insightful B2B and you contribute more than any other poster on this board and I respect the hell out of you but to try and legitimize a player that hasn't done shit his entire career is pointless. McCullers would be considered a bust if his draft status warranted the label. He doesn't cost a lot and is familiar with the system is why he continues to hold a roster spot. I'll be very surprised to see him on this squad next season. Harrison with his frustration made himself more expendable than McCullers IMO. The Labriola article about sums it up especially after reading the above instagram response from Harrison.

Harrison should have done the best he could for his team. Whether it is playing or helping others. He whined his way out of town. Period. It was all about him. I no longer care about him. Moving on...

Harrison coming down off his ego trip i see. He resigned to help the young guys, it's all in print. He's going to regret his actions.

Sorry B2B, we’ve all heard the “amazing camp” bullshit so many times before...white noise.

I thought Harrison would be starting... I hope he gets at least 25% of the snaps today or he might ask for his release.

Harrison is playing well today.
Holy Smokes! 4 tackles, 2 sacks and a forced fumble.

2 sacks in a row to end the game.
2 sacks and and a forced fumble
Cmon haters tell us why its no big deal.
If King James could do that in his current decrepit state, then Chikilo or Moats would have gotten 4 sacks and an interception
I know who has a big fuckin smile on his face and who, for this week anyway, looks like a big dummy

It's BFD because the score was 26-6, the game was in its final minute, and the shitty Jets fuckin' suck. Need more reasons?

The two sacks & the forced fumble were the final two plays of the game with his team holding a 20-point lead. BFD!!

Still more than McCullers has ever done.

Harrison was not why the Pats won today.
Was Harrison better than any Pats OLB in the last half of the season?
Don't know.
Sacks since week 6:
Harrison - 3
Chickillo - 0
Moats - 0

Why is it so hard for so many people on this board to say, hey he made some plays, good for him, maybe we fucked up?? The ego's on this board are gargantuan

You tellin me he would not be more productive than either Chikilo or Moats??? Its a fuckin joke that you have to even defend that assertion. PLUS he was a legendary, HOF player and gets treated like shit, and looked over for Chikilo and Moats and POS Dupree. Its really to bad a legend got treated this way, actually its disgusting

Because it’s too early to say he’s going to be good for them in the playoffs.
It wa the Jets...and he had a chip on his shoulder.
We’ll see when the playoffs come.
So many people with their instant judgements.

Dude he played 1 game game got 2 sacks, 4 tackles and caused a fumble. If he played our game today that puts him near the top of the heap (if not on top) Remember we played only the second 0-16 team in NFL history today and allowed 24 points and LOTS of yards. So swallow your ego and give the future HOFer, the guy who was DMVP, who essentially won a super bowl game for YOU his props OR is your ego too big to admit you are wrong???

First of all, I haven’t made a judgement on Harrison.
Second, even if I did, my judgement is not going to change on a sample size of one friggin’ game.
That would be stupid.

Starting with you, per this post.
Putting his plays into context....nothing to do with egos.
WAS a legendary player...WAS.

You don't think he "will have a chip on his shoulder" if they play Pitt
It's only a matter to me if he still added value and if he was treated dishonestly

Just as likely or 53 Steelers, a couple dozen of whom play more than 10 snaps a game, to have a chip on THEIR shoulder, given now shitty of a teammate this douchebag was, and the way he's talked down their organization.

My take is he got two sacks at the end of the game against a team that is just trying to get the game over with. He rallied up to support the run and underneath passes. For the most part James was playing to his strength today (singled up against a 3rd line LT) and the Jets allowed him to do it. Win for James. Meanwhile, Steelers just broke the sack record with James Harrison contributing only 1 to that total- its time to stop acting like the old overweight ex wife who got jilted for a STD infested crack whore who likes water sports. Lets take care of our business and go win 3 ball games.

This all day. Epically stupid move to just release Deebo. Today showed he had something left in the tank. The resident know it alls on here said he had nothing. He helped our chief competitor win today. If he was such a problem, he should’ve been home suspended with pay not helping the fuckin Patriots.
As for sample size, that’s a very odd way to look at it. There are a max of 4games left for the Pats including today. Therefore, he was effective for 25% of the games the Pats have left. He helped them sew up Home field today.
It was a stupid move to let Deebo go. It’s ok to admit Jeems. No one will think less of you....promise.
