He doesn't need to prepare. He coaches from his gut!!!

That's not on Boswell. That's a 54 yard attempt in a stadium that's notoriously difficult to kick long FGs in.
And Boswell's been going right all game, so it's STILL on Tomlin to know that.
I agree. But I don't like what I see from Bos, who used to be solid as a rock.

Yeah it's going to be the late-80s again when Ben retires

It's one game. He's been pretty solid all year.

D is playing with a little more confidence
Lucky bounce there, come on open up this offense, not going to win if you don't try

You realize the most positive thing that will happen here is another field goal attempt, right?

Nope. And he will never beat belicheat/marsha. Makes me sick. Nail biting thinking there's a shot in the dark only to watch it fucking fade away like the sun as it sets.
If Ben and the other 50 injured players come back healthy, they may very well beat them in January.

Really good observation. Thinking back even the Fgs hes made a lot of em are tucked just inside the right post this season.
A 54 yarder at Heinz is as low percentage as you can get. It was a blindingly retarded call in a game where you have to be aggressive.
I look forward to Tomlin's brilliant reasoning how a record-long FG to go down 8 is the better bet than getting two fucking yards.

Agree, but I have no confidence that Jones has it in him.
He had one good streak in the second quarter, and has sucked all the rest of the game.

Boswell did nearly kick it over the net on his last make. I would have rolled the dice on the Fg too after him getting the miss out of his system.

The play calling on 3rd down made it worse.

Tomlin can be counted on to make at least one stupid call every game. His average prob 2-3 per game.

It is what it is. Steelers had to be perfect or damn near it to pull this game out. Too many missed opportunities to expect New England to keep giving them chances

You know how a bunch of shitbag back-up qb''a beat us all the time?
Why can't we ever do that?
And another penalty

They're signaling they have no faith in Landry now.
