Does anybody even read the baseball forum?

I hated the mets when I watched baseball as a kid, but always wanted Seaver to be a pirate.

Arguing with idiots is like playing chess with a pigeon. No matter how good you are, the pigeon is going to shit on the board and strut around like it won anyway.

Just happened to stop by, C-T. Thanks for posting: Seaver was one of the true greats.

Saw him win his 300th at Yankee Stadium. Had his autograph when I was a kid (no idea where it is now).
