The best way to understand Spanish is that it is the opposite of Yinzer.

P-I-short I-tsburgh St-EE-long E-lers is the English pronounciation.

Yinzer is P short I ttsburgh St short I llers

Spanish is P-EE-long E-tsburgh St-EE-longE-lers.

So Yinzermillhunk sez Pittsburgh Stillers and Speedy Gonzalez says Peetsburgh Steelers.

This can also be applied to SHIT CREEK, SHIT CRICK in Yinzer or SHEET CREEK in Spanish.

Thank you and there will be a short quiz tomorrow.
