Ballage already looks like the second best back on the roster and he’s hurt. Jesus H Christ.
Claypool remaining on the ground after laying out to bring in that deep ball (after a beautiful Burress-esque push off to get free) was scary, but I guess he’s A-OK.

Hopefully Snell and Freiermuth come back healthy.
You could see Claypool's gut landed squarely on the ball and all of his limbs hit the ground in good form. -- it was a classic landed on the ball play. I was 99% sure he just got a shit-ton of wind knocked out of him when he landed and stayed down. I'm sure he's fine.
Ballage...I have no clue. Hope it's minor though.
Regarding Snell, my gut tells me he got a small ding and Tomlin also wanted to see more plenty of Najee and some of the other backs, so there's not a lot of hand offs to go around. So, Tomlin tells his "boy" he's his RB2 and knows what he has in him, but he needs to figure out the other guys in the room. He ask/tells Snell to take 'all the time' he needs to recover. That's my guess anyway. It wouldn't surprise me.
