Yeah, I don’t understand why so many thought the front office was fine with who they had when they reportedly tried so hard to get Aiyuk. You don’t put that much effort into getting someone if you don’t think you have a problem to fix.

I just can't see Denver trading him at this point.

They're playing too well and he's their only WR worth a damn

Why would the giants hold onto slayton?

Especially if he knows how to throw a TD...

Velus Jones
Parris Campbell
Kadarious Toney

Have some serious speed and very solid RAC skills
ST skills on both sides
Not afraid to mix it up
Could work in some WR/RB hybrid ideas

All 3 are free on practice squads

I’d much rather take a chance on any of those than Miller

Feel like the Steelers need more jump ball guys with Wilson throwing the ball on the boundaries more.

I'm thinking that they're thinking that once they've got QB fixed, having a nice 1-2 punch at WR might be a good thing? They've got a pretty good looking core group for a Daboll offense going other than that, and maybe they want to hold on to it.

Slayton is a UFA after the season.

Really comes down to how the Giants can offer and/or how much he wants to stay in NYC.

If they're getting out from under Jones, the slate is pretty clean in terms of bad contracts for NYG. If they play things right, it's them and The Indigenous Peoples of the Northern Potomac Region at the top of that division for a little while roster-wise.
