They’re probably not going to win a ton of games, but I do think we’re going to like the effort level a lot more this year, at least.

Some of these young guys look very hungry.

Great 3rd again...Jarry comes up big. Both so unlike last year!!

That said, how dafuq with 14 seconds left, pens on the power play, faceoff in the offensive end, do Pens end up giving up scoring chance in the final second. And...pens won the face off!!

I wasn’t terribly impressed with his game last night. He let up some soft rebounds and was a little too deep in his net at times.

But, I’ll agree it was far from his worst game in recent memory and a level I could live with if he could maintain it.
