Tua....

Dude sucked on Monday and has owned that.

That said, question is whether he's also ceded leadership of his team

McAfee ran a ton of tape today on Tua being last Dolphin remaining on the field postgame, not in the locker room with his teammates.

Instead, he's yuckin it up with Jalen Ramsey, full belly laughs and shit....not a good look for losing QB. JJ Watt, others on the show were critical.

Benched.
McDaniel confirmed the news later Wednesday, adding that Zach Wilson will back up Ewers, while Tagovailoa will serve as the emergency third-string quarterback

I don't think there's any leadership in Miami right now. Everything about that game was weird. Steelers fans are being sucked back in by the results, but that was a Dolphins team in disarray despite their recent turnaround. They started as one of the worst teams in the league and that's how they'll finish despite some meaningless wins in the middle.

They weren't even trying in the 4th quarter from the coach on down. No hurry-up to close the gap.

From the first whistle McDaniel seemed intent on putting the ball in Tua's hands and I don't think that was because he thought it gave them the best chance to win. I'm not going to get conspiratorial, but it was odd. The game was still in reach for them until late in the 3rd quarter. The ground game was successful when they tried it.

It's almost as if they wanted Tua to fail because they're done with him and he is seemingly done with them.
