I've been in Tomlin's camp since he started until today. I came very close to jumping off the proverbial bridge last year while watching the Raiders game while visiting family and friends in Denver. As a 20 year season ticket holder and someone who hasn't missed 5 home games in 20 years, it's time for the this clown to go. This jackass has ruined a once proud franchise and settled for mediocrity.
We have a glaring lack of talent and even moreso lack of motivation. The questionable coaching decisions speak for themselves. As we have half a dozen starters playing for other teams currently and a desperate group wearing the black and gold. He's blamed a punter twice in 5 weeks, but has been badly out coached in all 6. He's been "willing to accept responsibility" and assume the blame all along.
time for this jackass to own up to his own words and our lame management team to wake up. Fire this clown and give this fan base some hope.

If it was me Id fire everyone I could possibly fire.
Id make Randy Fichtner the interim head coach. Peezy the interim DC, Munchack the interim OC and call in Jeff Reed to be the interim ST coach.
Then Id start breaking heads. Starting with Cam fuckin Thomas. The rookies that everyone wants to see and in those situations that everybody wants them, well Id put them in there.
Then Id start paring down some of the ridiculous combinations of groceries that Tomlin has assembled over the years. As in mostly if you look like someone that Al Davis would draft then make sure that you have a month to month lease because most likely you aren't going to be around for the long run. OTOH if you are a fighter then you have a chance.
BY the way Ventrone on ST was one of the few bright spots today. Maybe he can bump one of the other 25 or 30 Dbs off the squad.
