Big Dan VS Thomas

I think seeing Cam replacing Big Dan later in the game but man thought he held the point of attack.

IMHO, he was hit or miss. He still stood up occasionally and allowed the Center to move him. And there were times he stayed low and got his arms on the Center and pushed him back. When he stands up he gets moved easily. He gives up too much leverage.

McCullers only got 11 snaps, Tuitt got 4.

When I watch Cam Thomas after the snap I fully expect Greenpeace to attempt to tow him back out to sea.

Mcullers is a project with some potential upside period. Right now he is a JAG (which is probably better than Thomas).

Wow, I'm not sure if I'm more shocked that Tuitt only got 11 snaps or more sad about it.

On the Titans TD run, did you guys see Big Dan shot put the left guard. If he can make it at nt when Steve comes back, Steve could get a short at DE while Dan is at the nose?

I totally agree if they can rotate Tuitt and Big Dan @ NT and Mclendon @ DE they can sit Thomas

They need to give Tuitt Thomas's snaps. Tuitt has had some impact in very limited snaps. It really doesn't matter if he blows some assignments when Thomas is curb stomped week after week.

I'd like to see DMC spell Mac, steal a few snaps at DT in packages.

In only 4 snaps worth of play time I thought Tuitt was much better than scam thomas and immediately improved their DLine. Thomas is a dumpster full of shit on fire.

Just rewatched and yeah, that was awesome. I also noticed Thomas being driven 5 yards past the line of scrimmage.

A few games ago, there were posters raving about how well McCullers played, and was doing this, that and the other thing. Then the participation chart came out and revealed he had been on the field for all of 4 plays. We see what we want to see and judge how we want to judge. There are players we want to stand out, so we take a tiny positive and turn it into a Herculean performance. DMac is a young guy, and like all young players, he has the potential to be a solid player, but right now he is nothing more than a warm body.

Now as for Cam Thomas....becoming just a warm body would be a marked improvement. Totally mindboggling how they can continue to run him out there every week.

Well, you will be even more sad to learn that Tuitt got only 4 snaps, not 11.
